WagerWeb is a popular online sportsbook that is known for offering flexible bonuses, extremely competitive odds and same-day crypto payouts.

This WagerWeb review focuses on the user experience, the sign-up process, deposits and withdrawals, security, and customer service. It delves into the various bonuses and promotions you can claim, details the sports covered, analyzes the quality of the odds and the breadth of the sporting coverage, assesses the design of the mobile site, and explains why WagerWeb has secured a strong sportsbook rating from our experienced team of reviewers.

WagerWeb Sportsbook Sign-Up Process

You will see a large red button emblazoned with the words “JOIN NOW” when you land on the WagerWeb sportsbook homepage. Click on that to fire up the registration form, which is handled on just one page.

Enter your name, select your country, type in your address, email address and phone number, and then choose a password. Agree to the terms and conditions and click “JOIN NOW”. The whole process should only take a minute or two, and it is very simple. You can then make a deposit and start betting on a wide range of sporting events

WagerWeb provides customers with five different deposit methods to choose from:

Bitcoin | You can use the world’s most popular cryptocurrency to make free deposits into a WagerWeb account. The minimum deposit via Bitcoin is $25 and there is no official maximum, but it might be worth contacting the WagerWeb sportsbook customer support team if you plan to make a very large deposit. Bitcoin deposits should arrive within 45 minutes to an hour.

Credit and Debit Cards | Deposits made via credit cards or prepaid cards will arrive in your account immediately. The limits are $17 to $500 per transaction. Deposits are free, but you may be charged foreign exchange fees, depending upon where you are based, and WagerWeb does not reimburse them.

Person to Person | You can deposit $100 to $680 into your account via a P2P transfer. However, WagerWeb says that they have become more difficult and inefficient for incoming and outgoing payments. It can no longer guarantee the time frames for confirmations of deposits or payouts, and it does not recommend using this method if you require access to funds in a timely manner.

Cashier’s Check | You must deposit a minimum of $1,000 if you send a cashier’s check to WagerWeb. There is no maximum deposit. You will be able to spend a percentage of it when it is trackable, and the rest when the check is received, which takes five to seven business days. WagerWeb will reimburse the fees on a cashier’s check.

Bank Wire Transfer | A bank wire takes 24 to 72 hours. The minimum is $5,000 and there is no maximum. Fees are reimbursed.

You should bear in mind that check deposits will require 6 weeks to clear. All checks must be fully clear before any withdrawal request is made. Bank wires are subject to availability, and P2P transfers are unavailable on Sundays.

Withdrawals may be requested from 6 am to 12 noon Pacific Standard Time on Mondays and 7am to 12 noon PST from Tuesday to Friday. WagerWeb provides a free payout every 30-rolling-days. Free payout requests are only processed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays before midday PST. Free checks may be requested any business day during payout office hours.

These are the free withdrawal options at your disposal:

Bitcoin | Sports bettors can receive a same day withdrawal of $100 to $3,000 in Bitcoin for free, making it the quickest payout option at the site.

Check | Check payouts can be arranged for $500 to $3,000, but it takes 10 to 15 business days for a check to arrive.

Bank Wire | You can request a bank wire from $3,000 to $10,000, and it takes three to seven business days to go through. Bank wires are subject to availability.

Person to Person | A P2P transfer takes three to five business days. The limits are $100 to $300 for payouts.

You can request additional payouts within a 30-day period, but you will be charged, unless you opt for Bitcoin payouts. There is a $50 charge for additional checks within the 30-day rolling period, and a $75 charge for bank wire money transfers. Subsequent bank wires must be for a minimum of $10,000. Person to Person fees vary per location. You can also make a same day sportsbook transfer to another WagerWeb account for free at any time. The limits are $500 to $10,000.

WagerWeb User Experience

WagerWeb provides customers with an appealing overall sports betting experience. The user interface is strong and easy to navigate, while the lines are displayed in a neat, clean, orderly format. It is a similar experience to that on offer at Heritage Sports, which ranks alongside WagerWeb as one of the best online sportsbooks in the business.

There are several key selling points for the online gambling experience at WagerWeb sportsbook. You can buy and sell up to five points when betting on sides on football and basketball games. It offers true parlay odds, which is great to see. It covers a very large array of sports, with plenty of pre-game and live betting options, and it also has a very large selection of teasers available to sports bettors.

WagerWeb Mobile Review

WagerWeb runs a mobile optimized website that runs well on a variety of devices. BMR tested it out on several iOS and Android mobile devices when conducting this WagerWeb sportsbook review, and we were impressed by the effective functionality. There were no glitches or lag times, the pages loaded quickly – even on older devices – and the graphics and test looked sharp.

Overall, the WagerWeb sportsbook team has done an excellent job of condensing the desktop site onto a smaller screen. Helpful menus and shortcuts speed up the navigation process, and the general design of the mobile site is intuitive. The most important thing is that you can get your bets on quickly. WagerWeb does not offer a mobile app, so just visit wagerweb.eu from any mobile browser to log in and start your mobile betting journey.

WagerWeb covers the following sports:

  • Football
  • Basketball
  • Baseball
  • Hockey
  • Soccer
  • Golf
  • Tennis
  • Boxing
  • UFC
  • Darts
  • Volleyball
  • Cycling
  • Rugby
  • Cricket
  • Aussie Rules
  • Badminton
  • Motor Racing (NASCAR and Formula One)

Esports fans can bet on League of Legends, Dota 2, CS:GO, King of Glory, Rainbow Six, StarCraft and other popular games. WagerWeb also takes bets on entertainment markets and fantasy sports, so you will not be short of action to wager on if you join this betting site.

Depth of Sporting Coverage

The depth of WagerWeb’s sporting coverage is impressive. Football fans can bet on NFL, NCAAF, CFL and fantasy props, while it features plenty of basketball leagues from around the world and various European hockey leagues. There are lots of different soccer leagues to choose from, all the biggest MMA and boxing bouts are covered and golf and tennis fans will find plenty of action to bet on too.

Betting Markets

You will be able to bet on spreads, moneylines and totals on sporting events, but the WagerWeb sports betting site also offers a variety of prop bets and futures betting markets. If-bets, teasers, round robins and parlays are available, and you can bet on halves and quarters or periods. The ability to buy and sell up to five points allows you to create alternative lines, and the overall level of flexibility on offer at WagerWeb sportsbook is excellent. This is evident from the welcome bonuses to the betting lines and wagering options.

Live Betting

WagerWeb customers can access a dedicated live betting section. It covers all the major sports leagues and several niche events taking place around the world. You can find around 50 different live betting options on big games, which is impressive, and the live betting section of the sportsbook has a very clean and user-friendly interface – for both mobile betting customers and desktop users.

Wagering Limits at WagerWeb

The minimum bet at WagerWeb is $2.

Some online sportsbooks accept $1 wagers or even $0.50 wagers, but most casual fans should be fine with a $2 minimum.

The maximum varies depending on the sport and league.

You can bet up to $3,000 on NFL sides, for example, but it drops to $2,000 on NBA and it is lower for other leagues.

Contact customer service to inquire on having your wagering limits raised.

Bettor Reviews of WagerWeb

The bettors that use the BMR forum have shared positive when discussing WagerWeb. They believe it offers a strong selection of bonuses, and they are full of praise for the customer service agents. WagerWeb has a reputation for fairness, security and reliability. It is a trustworthy, legit, licensed operator that provides quick, free Bitcoin payouts, so it is easy to see why bettors like WagerWeb so much.

WagerWeb Customer Service

Customer service is available from 10am EST to the last half-time or game of the day. Some online sportsbooks offer 24/7 customer support, so this is perhaps a slight shortcoming that WagerWeb could seek to address in future. It also does not offer live chat, so you have to choose from email or phone.

On the plus side, the multilingual customer service representatives are excellent. You get the sense that they genuinely care about their customers, and it is nice to speak to an empathetic clerk when you have an issue.

We tested out the customer service department for this WagerWeb sportsbook review, and we found the agents to be unfailingly polite and helpful, while they all displayed a great deal of knowledge about the sportsbook and the betting industry in general. Waiting times were minimal, and overall Wagerweb scores highly when it comes to customer service.

Other Betting Options with WagerWeb

WagerWeb runs an online casino and racebook alongside its high-quality online sportsbook, providing customers with a strong overall wagering experience.

WagerWeb Casino

Table games on offer at the WagerWeb casino include roulette, blackjack, craps, Sic Bo, Pontoon, 3 Card Poker, Pai Gow, Casino War, Casino Hold’em and Caribbean Stud. You can try your hand at video poker games such as Aces or Faces, Jacks or Better, Tens or Better, Jokers Wild and Deuces Wild.

It has around 80 video slots provided by Betsoft, such as Rook’s Revenge and Black Gold. This is a smaller selection than many online casinos, and it could certainly include a greater diversity of games from different software providers. There are no live dealer games either at the WagerWeb casino, and there is no poker room, so this is definitely a sports betting specialist first and foremost.

On the plus side, you will receive a casino sign up bonus and a 5% cash back rebate on any casino losses incurred, while it also has a strong virtual racebook.

Racebook

The WagerWeb racebook features action from across the United States, spanning all the major tracks and some of the smaller tracks. You can also bet on some of the biggest international races. Every Monday, you can claim 5% cashback on any racebook losses incurred at major tracks. The racebook section is neatly designed and easy to browse.

Summary

BMR Verdict on WagerWeb
WagerWeb overall is really enticing, and the rebates are lucrative. The odds are of an exceptionally high quality, which is a primary concern for many sports bettors. You will enjoy a strong user experience on mobile devices and at the desktop site, and it provides a wealth of different wagering options.

It is great to be able to receive a free payout each month, and the limits are generous. WagerWeb is a safe, trustworthy operator with a long history of paying its customers on time, and it provides some of the quickest payouts in the industry if you opt for Bitcoin as your payment method.

There are a couple of minor issues – the lack of live dealer casino games, the absence of 24/7 live chat support – but overall WagerWeb is a very impressive sportsbook operator. It scores very highly in the most important categories – great odds, excellent bonuses, quick and reliable payments, user-friendly platform – so we are able to award it a strong rating.
