You know, once you commit to giving up those wonderful carbs, the food part is not too bad.stay away from refined sugars, avoid anything White. Protein is your friend
Grill up some boneless chicken breast, so if you feel the need to eat something, you have them ready in the frig in a ziplock bag.
normally I just do salt, pepper, and garlic powder, but if you want some flavor, go with a dry rub, or if you prefer wet, try G.Hughes sauces
they are all sugar-free.
and like wager said, exercise, even if it's just walking, it helps
So much harder when you get olderImpressive guys. Not easy to do as we age

One and sometimes two meals a day I grill a small(4 oz) waygu tenderloin steak. Brutally wonderful.
Plus I do 25k steps a day. You have to work up to that. Started at 10k.

Not easy to do as we age

Day after Thanks giving I started Part II. A 60 day sprint and I've lost 10lbs.
I do these block of days. I let the wife know for the next 60 days I'm not drinking and don't buy any crap food or if you do, hide it.
You're 5'10" and 203? 182 is a noble goal. Nearly impossible. Key word being "nearly". The absolute key to my weight loss is the AM walk. I go for 19,000 steps.
