You can do it

I lost about 25 pounds few months ago

All it takes is less food intake and a lil exercise

No doctors or fancy pills needed

I didn't eat breakfast, protein drink from stores for lunch, ate whatever I wanted at dinner and on the weekends

First coule weeks are tough but gets easier

stay away from refined sugars, avoid anything White. Protein is your friend
Grill up some boneless chicken breast, so if you feel the need to eat something, you have them ready in the frig in a ziplock bag.
normally I just do salt, pepper, and garlic powder, but if you want some flavor, go with a dry rub, or if you prefer wet, try G.Hughes sauces
they are all sugar-free.

and like wager said, exercise, even if it's just walking, it helps

Give keto a chance there's this doctor on Youtube worth a watch, Dr Ken Berry talks like a regular guy. Lost 60 pounds following it and mixing with some intermittent fasting only thing is its boring as all hell after a while.

You know, once you commit to giving up those wonderful carbs, the food part is not too bad.

One and sometimes two meals a day I grill a small(4 oz) waygu tenderloin steak. Brutally wonderful.

Plus I do 25k steps a day. You have to work up to that. Started at 10k.

wagyu is super lean, so that's more than fine

just like with Burgers, sure 80/20% has the best taste, but you can add stuff to your 90/10
being in Texas, I'm sure you can get some get cuts of beef

Impressive guys. Not easy to do as we age
hard af. i'm in my 40s now. used to be stupid simple. easiest thing ever. start getting a little belly going on, hit the gym and eat clean for a few weeks, done. not no more. gotta seriously embrace the hunger and let it drive you. need a pretty big 'why' to keep you in the game.

Doing my very best to avoid alcohol and all those calories but I know when family arrives for xmas and NY's that's out the door.

Trying to avoid all that. Some peanut brittle came today from some insurance company. I took it from the UPS guy, ripped the card off it and walked it to my neighbors house. Here ya go Tullis, Merry Christmas! He was in shock lol

I'm 6'0". This is my 2nd sprint in a year. So I started Xmas last year and did an 86 day diet. Lost about 27lbs.

Day after Thanks giving I started Part II. A 60 day sprint and I've lost 10lbs.

I do these block of days. I let the wife know for the next 60 days I'm not drinking and don't buy any crap food or if you do, hide it.

You're 5'10" and 203? 182 is a noble goal. Nearly impossible. Key word being "nearly". The absolute key to my weight loss is the AM walk. I go for 19,000 steps.

this week is really hard. i do my best, but i'll throw it out the window for christmas dinner.

i'll get back on the starvation diet on monday.
Yea this week and next week too. Impossible.

Let's ban together to avoid the sweets; the pecan pie, the pudding even Aunt Betty's angel cake. And let's keep the portions moderate.

Lastly, let's drink in moderation. We'll feel better the next day.

I appreciate your thoughts & feedback on your journey. Yeah 182 will be hard to get there & stay there that’s for sure. I’m 39 years old.
