Takes a lot of effort and expertise to get to this level.
You can do it, KVB! Anything for a healthy body. Let me know how it goes for you. I'm seeing a lot of balance boards on Amazon. It acutally looks like a really good excercise and you don't have to be as good as she is, you can start at any level.
The first step is that balance and strength on one leg. I might start doing something like this, would be very good for my ankle.
ImpressiveToday
4 mile run 10min/mile
50 pushups
100 dead bugs
50 single leg bridge
Wow! Impressive indeed. How many hrs do you stay in the gym? and how many days per week do you go to the gym?Today

You're a true exercise enthusiast, because without music I can't workout for shit. In-fact without music I would be the least productive human being on this earth lol. It's like my oxygen for everything, I have my headphones on right now listening to Pearl Jam as I write this to youGenie, thanks for asking!
I don't go to the gym. Im a runner. I run outside with no headphones then do extra exercises. Usually just bodyweight stuff like pushup, pullups, and core work. I've ran one marathon 2 years ago, finished in 3hr 21min but I hurt my ankle during the race and still getting it stronger
Wow! Sorry to hear about the ankle injury. But with all the routine you're doing, looks like you're really in great shape, Subaru.Genie, thanks for asking!

Yes actually I can.Jerky can you have sex without music?
Makes perfect sense to why you need your ears out on those roads.Haha good stuff guys that's why I mentioned headphones I figured almost everyone uses them to workout but I like to embrace the pain as it takes a lot of mental toughness to be a distance runner, plus running thru traffic it helps to use ur ears and be aware and we have bears and cougars in my area plus we have snow now.
I always run outside never on treadmill except I do the pelaton for an hour once in a while
LOL, love this one.Workout regime....
1. Quick walk to fridge 3-4 mph.
2. Pull door open (~2-3 lbs force) maybe 3 or 4 times to warm up.
3. Grab 16 oz beer.
4. Crack open beer and continue with several curls (to build bicep) until beer is empty.
Repeat: Minimum 3 sets of 3.
My son is like this. We're gifting him headphones every year for Christmas or his b-day. He goes into a zone while he's working out. The most difficult part is to decide and commit to starting the exercise again. Congrats, you pass that stage and just continue it, Stevex.Started getting back in to the work out thing a couple of weeks ago. Started small just doing 10 push ups and 10 crunches a day. Now I'm up to 15 and 15 a day. I had stopped doing anything exercise related for a long time and want to slowly work my way back without making it a chore. Every little bit helps. I feel a lot healthier even just doing that low amount.
