So unless someone has access to those things, its virtually impossible

Betonline has 2 factor authentication. Huge improvement over just user/pass for most books.
A security expert has indicated that 2FA is probably the best steps most financial institutions can use to protect accounts so if a book is using it, they are taking the proper steps for security.
