Bovada closed my account that was open for only 3 days days. I was fully verified and was making my first withdrawal of 2500. It was taking too long to process so I made a post in the community offering to do a player transfer. Once I cancelled my withdrawal and made the post they disabled my account. I received an email stating it account was temporarily suspended and under investigation. It’s been 3 days now and they have phone blocked so if I call I get the messages that no agents are available due to Covid 19. Then every agent in chat keep telling me something different. I hope you didn't open that account because of the A+ rating here...
I only opened it because I head they had the most live bet action on sports. As of recently I’ve been hearing bad things. Basically any account in the green with this is subject to being closed. My only regret was not using a credit card.

I'm guessing you opened this account before you heard about them locking up winning accounts?
Yes sir and I’m furious now. I had friends tell me they weren’t even receiving bonuses anymore which was the first sign of trouble. They said if they had a bad week there would usually be a bonus. I believe they might be going out of business.
Damn that sucks. Bovada strikes again.

Ehh...We have a poster here who just reported getting like $30k from them, and there are others at SBR saying they're getting paid too.
Yes I saw those too. They seem to be selectively locking accounts. IDK what's triggering it.
He might be even more in the hole. They don’t mind paying a player is still in the negative.
Facts, I just want my 4500 and I’m never suing them again. This relationship can’t be repaired.
This is day 6 without access to my funds and incomplete investigation. My account was only 3 days old and I turned 1k crypto deposit into 4500. I proceeded to withdraw 2500 via tether but after 8 hours and no payment I decided to try and sell it via player transfer on the community. They immediately suspended the account. I’ve even asked for my initial 1k back and to call it even. They won’t do anything. My only regret is not using a credit card. I have screenshots of all our interactions.

I guess it's fairly unusual that someone opens a new account, deposits reasonably high amounts of money, and basically immediately requests a withdrawal again. At least with a site that has been popular among US sportsbetters for 10+ years already.
So tbh, as a bookie, I would double-check for earlier accounts as well. Especially if the customers then even offers you to keep everything but the deposit. That's just a super suspicious thing to do.
If there's no reason to be worried, hopefully you'll be fine and get paid in the end.

Since when is it weird to:
1. open an account
2. deposit some money
3. go on a winning streak
4. withdraw some money
That's literally what I hope to do every time I open a new account and/or make a deposit. Pretty sure that's what we all hope to do...
