Bovada is running a scam now

Since when is it weird to:
1. open an account
2. deposit some money
3. go on a winning streak
4. withdraw some money

That's literally what I hope to do every time I open a new account and/or make a deposit. Pretty sure that's what we all hope to do...

Exactly and when I tried to sell it all they closed me immediately. There are a crime syndicates who hides behind shady agreem.

I guess it's fairly unusual that someone opens a new account, deposits reasonably high amounts of money, and basically immediately requests a withdrawal again. At least with a site that has been popular among US sportsbetters for 10+ years already.

So tbh, as a bookie, I would double-check for earlier accounts as well. Especially if the customers then even offers you to keep everything but the deposit. That's just a super suspicious thing to do.

If there's no reason to be worried, hopefully you'll be fine and get paid in the end.

Not that I'm aware of. Matt, in the disputes department, gives an update from time to time. But the updates consist of, "nothing yet, will let you know when I hear something."
I think Bovada is ignoring BMR as well as many of their customers.
Which begs the question, why has Bovada's rating not been suspended or downgraded yet???

When you asked for just your 1k deposit back and call it even, that most definitely raised suspicions, wtf would you leave 3500 on the table, along with actively looking to sell the funds to another player.
My guess this will not be resolved before Christmas 2023 and most likely just your deposit returned if anything. The chat agent Juan sounded like he was willing to suck a nut for you to keep betting with them, kind of hard if you cant access your account. Weird chat to say the least.

Facts but it’s offshore so wouldn’t you want anything back if you can. So plying nice is the only thing you can do. Besides I’ve broken no rules besides winning and trying to withdraw it al.

Many indeed have problems with payments. But I haven't heard before that Bovada doesn't do payouts. I have not had such problems yet, I hope they will help you with receiving the payment.

Bovada closed my account that was open for only 3 days days. I was fully verified and was making my first withdrawal of 2500. It was taking too long to process so I made a post in the community offering to do a player transfer. Once I cancelled my withdrawal and made the post they disabled my account. I defend many books on here. But Bovada really is a scam book. Creating rules to try and trap players is very dirty. Allowing players to place bets that they don't intend to honor is also very dirty. Stay away.

No problems form what I hear. They still have some of the largest poker games in the US and many pros still keeping large balances with no problems withdrawing. If I see poker players start complaining that would raise alarm bells.
