Bovada closed my account after withdraw without reason a week ago and provided no assistance via email.

So I have had a few friends use Bovada.lv for a while now, recently before the CFB they told me to make an account so I could bet on my favorite college teams. I used one of their referral codes and deposited $25. I got $37.5 since it was my first deposit. I used that 37.5 and turned it into $1,100 in one day betting on college parlays the entire day. I went to withdraw $575 of it and keep the rest. However, a few hours later I get an email that my account has been disabled and under review. I don’t know why, I haven’t been given a reason why, and read TOS and haven’t broken any rules. Live chat provides no support and won’t help me. They ghost me over emails. I am just wondering are they trying to steal my $1000+ in earnings? This is my first time using bovada so I am not sure.

So many things but my first guess is you at some point were on a wi-fi that your friends also use and they assume you are multi-accounting and or syndicate betting. In neither case will they explain to you exactly what you did because that would tell you how to do it better next time. On the plus side you only lost $25

Yes they will probably rob you. Many threads on this site about them robbing people.

My guess would be that you ran afoul of the 50% rule, rule 12 on their Bonus Terms and Conditions:

Any wagers using deposited funds or bonus funds prior to bonus completion are subject to the following maximums: Sports max bet per wager - 50% of deposited amount

Seems like they use this rule buried in their terms to take money from people. Absolute insanity that they allow the bets to actually be placed while violating the terms, then just deny if people happen to win and try to withdraw.
