(WARNING) Bovada ACC Under “Investigation” for over 2 weeks. NO COMMUNICATION!

I created a Bovada account around a month ago, didn’t even use a referral code as I’ve heard that caused massive issues for A LOT of people, unfortunately I got SCAMMED for the “75% sports bonus”, I deposited $100, and WON. Got through rollover, started a withdrew for a very modest $275! 45 minutes later, I get a notification on my email that my ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED AND IS UNDER “Investigations” WHAT TF. As far as I know, I have broken 0 rules. I’ve attempted to fruitlessly contact support and the security team MULTIPLE TIMES. Let it be known: THIS CASINO has the WORST wait time in terms of getting actual help from support. They are beyond useless. At this point I highly doubt I will EVER receive any $ back!!! DONT FALL FOR THE TRAP!

Sorry Potato. This has happened to many many people this year. You probably wont get your money. And even if you did, the amount of time you'll need to spend to get it wont be worth it.

this is exactly why. They allow it to happen, unsuspecting players violate it because they are unaware of it, and bovada refuses to pay. But if he lost, then the violation is fine. They are clearly free rolling players on a technicality. An easily preventable situation by a simple software fix. But this is certainly a feature, not a bug.
