I’ve been with Youwager whom I generally like, for roughly 15 years maybe more. Wondering if anyone has had this issue with live betting anywhere or specifically with Youwager. I spoke to “Bernie” who is supposedly in
Upper Management. I went into their live app which I’ve used 100’s of times. I went to place a live bet for $100 or so dollars on first half of a soccer match, I specifically selected O’higgins ‘draw no bet’ from the 1H tab knowing it was at the 22nd minute. I go outside to the pool, come in later and see this bet graded as a loss. Somehow they say it is being graded as a full match. I am 💯 sure it was for a full match. They reached out to their third party grading to see if there were any glitches(which of course they are going to say no). After 15 years they’ve chased me away. Think it’s time for local betting only when these overseas books are dying for money. 😕

Lots of big bonuses to take advantage of that you are not going to get with a local. Top book listed pay in minutes. Books and locals are always going to go with what that 3rd party software company says. It sucks. I had issues 2 weeks ago at a top book that used the same 3rd party casino as every book uses. Their was a software error where no one could see the cards. Not just me but everyone. Luckily it was only a $110 hand others could have had 5k on it. I spent too many hours on as it was for a lousy 110. Sportsbooks need to own up to their 3rd party companies if they are going to use them. They chose not to so I closed my account. Their loss.

Here is a complaint form but if the ticket doesn't say the half/full-match you think you had than you are probably shit out of luck unfortunately. Many of these books need to listen to their customer more. Not everyone is a scammer. If a customer has been with you for many years and never argued a play and have been a good customer than they need to wake the fvck up and do what is right if they want to make you happy and keep you playing there. Front-line customer service is bad across the board and should not be that way. I have heard many compliments on Betallsports customer service so I will have to give them a reload soon.

If the live operator says you bet full game it is very hard to argue.

They automatically think you are the one mistaken.

Well rated book operators are also not out right thieves who make up lies to steal $100. There will be a genuine reason for their decision better than that they try to steal small amounts once in 15 years.

Send in a complaint form and we can ask a manager to check.

It is not that they are stealing money in my opinion, it’s that they are the judge, jury and executioner. I’ve played here for years and years and they just come off so rude and smug. I’ve bet live games on their app for years I know where the 1st half button is and selected it. Only thing that could have happened would be a glitch within mili-seconds of me selecting the 1H tab

Yeah I’ve filled out a complaint. They say the 3rd party doesn’t show any glitch or anything so I’ll pretty much just avoid them. If they want my business they can contact me. It’s been generally okay there but….
