Why does 1xbet verification have to take so long?

I was about to make a little withdraw from my 1xbet accounts when I saw “request for document”. I reached out the the support team and asked to provide lots of documents which I did even though it was a very tedious process.

After providing these details 6 weeks down the line I’ve still not been verified and can’t make any withdrawals. Now when I reach out they say something about “payment system” meanwhile my issue is with “request or document” which I’ve provided.

Please my client ID is 311996433. I’d appreciate if this is looked into and my account freed. Verifications shouldn’t be take this long for any reason.

Guys, 1xbet has plans to steal my money. 7 weeks and they still restrict me from withdrawing after sending all relevant documents to them.

Why will a verification process take 7+ weeks for any reason in this world? Am I buying a Ferrari?

I need my money back. Keep Your fake winnings and give me money. It’s obvious you guys don’t want to pay. I want my money back or I’ll start paying influencers in Nigeria to make a trend of You guys. What manner of scam method is this?

Just want my deposit back. I’m done with this kind of bookmaker that puts people through hardship while hiding behind the lies and deceit of verification.

I complained on twitter and I was blocked. It’s good. From Monday if I get no reply, I will screenshot it and start posting how they blocked me for requesting my account be freed even after I went through pains to provide all they requested. I’m never letting my deposit go! Never!

Personally, if your account is legit, I wouldn't go nuclear just yet. I'd continue trying to work with them through SBR and the above forum rep or something. I think the chances of them wanting to work with you diminish if you start to take an adversarial stance. And to me, the money is more important than the revenge. Maybe wait until you're 100% sure you aren't getting paid. These guys are known to be very slow.

Hang in there bud. Frustrating for sure but don't ruffle any feathers. Not many forums advertising for offshore anymore. I would think they would want to be seen positively on one of the big ones.

Guy can you see this scam going on? After 8 weeks? So it there’s even half a truth in this why can’t 1xbet come up with another method to verify me?

1xbet is the one requesting this from my bank and maybe for some reason they choose not to release my private information. I’ve even asked 1xbet if there’s a role I can play in speaking with the bank to provide them with what they need but they refuse to let me know if I can help to make this process faster.

At this point I think 1xbet wants me to hurt myself and put it on social media. When I do that, maybe I’ll get the attention I need.

If the payment system thing isn’t working find another means to verify me and let me withdraw my money. 8 weeks! I’m distraught and depressed already. I want results now, not promises anymore. YOU HAVE ALL MY LIFE SAVINGS WITH YOU. I cannot even feed anymore. My family and kids can’t feed. I did my plan to have my money here for this long. Someone please help! I want freedom from this!! 1xbet wants to end me!

You guys are the ones who put the payment system there as an option to deposit. Why did You make them an option when You know they won’t reply Your emails for verifications and queries?

Is the payment provider even legally allowed to release information about you to a 3rd party? This sounds like another one of those impossible requests 1xbet is famous for (see earlier thread where they demanded a letter from player's bank stating something that no bank would ever put on paper).

When I saw that this forum had a 1xbet rep, I was optimistic that maybe they were trying to improve their reputation. But it seems like all a 1xbet rep is able to do is every once in a while say "Yeah, we sure are talking a long time here, aren't we?" Why can't someone get on the phone or whatever and just hammer this out?

I’m glad You’re seeing this too. That’s what they’re doing. Maybe hoping I’ll stake a game and lose all my money but I won’t. I logged out already. I’ve even reported them and filled a complaint form with curaçao eGaming. I’ll keep updating this thread. They’re nothing but thieves!

After all the details I provided. They still want to use a method they know will get them a way out to steal my money. Why ask me to provide documents when they didn’t plan for on using it? Will a fraud go through all these pains to get money? I’m real and they know. They just want to steal from me. 1xbet!
