Quantum's 2023 NFL season picks

The Hall of Fame Game is coming up Thursday night so I thought I would post my 2023 NFL picks in this thread.

I don't usually post pre-season picks.
I play a lot of Unders in the NFL but I do have some exceptions.

I may not always give reasoning as to why I take a pick.

Baltimore -9 1/2 over Houston
I wanted to post this pick before the line changed. Yes, this is one of the squarest of the square picks for the first week of the regular season.

I think Baltimore will run all over Houston. The Texans had the worst run defense in the NFL in 2022 and the Ravens were 3rd in the league in rushing last year.

This is just too good to be true. The line goes from 7 to 5 (4 at a sharp book like Circa) against the previous Super Bowl winner/popular team playing against a team that went 9-8 the year before during the 1st regular season game in a Thursday Night, Prime Time game.

Went down to 44 at some books. I wonder if people are betting it down because of the rain. It should stop raining by game time.
