FYI, in the last three weeks Ochoa has a win at 18-1, a third at 39-1, and another cheap winner. Time to pay attention before he ships out to Colonial. Three entered today at Del:

Horse is showing a typical pattern for an Ochoa bomber. Speed/fade off a 5 month layoff, quick return in 14 days, now will be ignored at the tote. In my opinion, the race off the layoff was a very good prep. Gunned to the lead in its first try at a turf sprint, which Ochoa likes to do, then faded as expected after not running for 5 months. And the fade wasn’t that bad. Gotta figure Ochoa gets it to improve today and the speed goes a bit further.

Ochoa has two bombs entered today at Gulf, as he makes his way back down to Tampa. At their ml prices, figured they’re worth a twenty.
