Mybookie not paying out

Hi everyone. So i registered on mybookie in 2022 and did a good run winning over five figures. In the end of 2022 the bookie restricted my account and they would say that there is investigation going on about my bets. I recently got access and supplied all documents to verify my account. It took them a week to verify which is ok but the moment i requested the withdrawal they restricted me again. Now they are saying there is investigation again and they are not giving me any timeline. When I asked why did they give me access to account they answered "There was an internal mistake" which is laughable. I understand that they do not want to pay out and they can literally bring any excuse to ban me forever. I know they do not have license and I do not know what to do at this point but to just hope for the best outcome. What would you suggest ? Anyone had experience with them?
P.S. I did submit complaint form already through BMR and i hope they will help me

Your only shot of collecting however small is that when you signed up, it was through the link on BMR.

I got the first response from BMR that they accepted my complaint. I know it does not change anything but i am surprised that they were so fast to reply.

It took you 9 months to supply what they asked for?

It took them 9 months. I was ready right away to supply all possible documents but that is not the issue. The issue is they are not giving any timeline now even though they told me multiple times that my account is verified. They are saying that their "higher" department is looking into my account but not sure what they are trying to find there because there are not that many bets. I played tennis, NFL,MLB, Blackjack, hockey. I even did rollover requirement. I am very confident that they just do not want to payout because its high five figures.

High five figures on mybookie? Someone there fell asleep and forget to limit you when you got near 10k, if you made it to the high 5's then you were just smashing away with big bets and they do not like that. Might get your buy-in with a little sugar on top.

Got the reply back. The locked account for good and claimed there were fraudulent sport bets. So basically they took all the money and deposit. I am attaching a screenshot of my account so everyone can see it. Do not trust this MFs

I had MLB, NFL, tennis (ATP/WTA/Challengers), Blackjack. If I wouldve been involved in fixed event i would bet my whole savings and more probably so the balance would be in high 6/7 figures. So they have an excuse for to any bettor. I spoke with them on the phone and they said they cannot give me details and their decision is irreversible. Be careful fellow sport degens, read the attached email they sent me. They have a lot of excuses to use if they dont want to payout.

Pretty short on details all around.
What percent was challenger tennis? Their limits must be small in that I would think.
I hope BMR investigates and adjusts rating if warranted.
They certainly at the very least owe the OP his deposit and non-challenger tennis stuff paid.
Perhaps in BMR's investigation, they will at least show the alert or evidence of fixed matches.

I had few bets on challangers and yes the limits were not high from what I remember. In my opinion they were too late limiting my account when it was at +70k. My deposit was below 5k. Another weird thing was that they actually verified my account and gave me green light and I made a withdrawal request but they restricted it right away and said that there was an "internal mistake" by their department, that my account was never suppose to be allowed an access. I know we cannot make them responsible as they are located outside the US but I hope this will bring awareness to players that want to play there.
