Jazz Sports Payout Stalled After 74 Hours

JazzSports is supposed to pay after 24 hours at most (source).

I've taken maybe 10 payouts from them in the past six months. All except one have been smooth---there was one payout that took over 30 hours.

This time, the payout has taken more than 74 hours and I'm still waiting. I've contacted support 4x in the past two days. They aren't responding to e-mails but live chat's "Chad" keeps reassuring me that the payout should arrive "any time" and he has put in a word to speed things up.

I'm guessing it's going to come through eventually, but just be warned. I wonder if BTC's steep decline in the past couple days could be related.

I guess their plan is to limit me to $2.5k/week indefinitely. I tried to find something in writing showing that their limit is $5k/week but couldn't find anything.

I wasn't clear about this in earlier posts: I was always able to withdraw $5k/week previously.

I just canceled the withdrawal request and will submit another request in a few days. Don't want to sit around wasting time, waiting for something that might come at any moment. Maybe whatever liquidity problems they are having will clear up in a few days.

First of all, that's not necessarily true. If they're cutting me down to $2.5k/week, then I can just wait for exactly a week to expire since the last payout and won't have to wait longer.

Second of all, cryto is volatile and I don't want to be stuck starting at my devices waiting for the money to come. I'd rather wait until they can guarantee a payout again in under 24 hours, so I know roughly when it will come and can avoid big fluctuations.

Really doubt they will openly make such a guarantee if they are being pounded by withdrawals and/or they have labeled you are excessive winner already. The life of suspense is likely your future on that site. Even 24 hours is a wait and see game, certainly no BM.

Fair points, and if you're right they don't deserve the B rating. Their website is clear that 24 hours is the limit. They're getting around this with me by claiming I've already hit my weekly $2.5k withdrawal limit.
