Help - Coral account frozen - Cancelled withdrawel

So I have had an active Coral account for the last year or so, regularly depositing both small and large sums of money, I have never had any problems withdrawing winnings.
Today I deposited £1200 in total from my bank account, I won £5800 so I withdrew £5000 and left the £800 in my account, I continued to play with the £800 and won £2500 more i I then requested to withdraw the £2500, I logged into my account again and noticed the £2500 was back in my account. I checked my emails to find 2 emails stating the withdrawals are under internal review (never happened before)
so I logged back into my account to find it says “we regret to inform you your account has been closed”
I finally manage to talk with someone on the phone and I’m told my account is closed because I previously had a Gala account which I self excluded from, I was not aware Gala and Coral were even linked. They explained to me that the self exclusion on the Gala account has expired and that I would have to apply to the responsible gambling team at coral and request my account re-instated. I have followed there instructions but heard nothing. Does anyone have any advice? Where do I stand and where do I go from here? I’ve been depositing and withdrawing on coral regularly for over a year. Thank you 😊
