Well that’s a blessing, whenever I start to cut back & start eating at a calorie deficit, it takes a week or two to get use to & it sometimes affects my sleep. You are not over eating during the day to compensate for a lite dinner are you ?No not really starving at night

You would be thin as a rail, good luck with that weight. That’s my goal weight & we are very similar in height. I’m plateaued at 190 it seems down from 215 from two years ago. I have lost about a pound a month for two years on average.My goal is about 175-180
