Generally, most people should expect a seamless process with BM but apparently if they suspect something is up they are harassing people by essentially declining their documents endlessly and then only paying them months later. Weird, and not my experience or people in my close network, but a bit further down the grapevine that is what I am hearing. Not sure what exactly triggers it.

Thank you for your comments. Yes, you are right. English is not my first language. Sorry for the typo.

But for the communication, I'm quite sure that I understood what they were talking and I sent them the documents that they exactly want.

But I was so shocked that they just replied to me that my account was now suspended and would remain inaccessible because of violation of their terms and conditions while I did nothing wrong. Why could they just suspend my account and stole $3000 from me? I need my money back.

Here is the email that they replied to me as attached.


After that email, I asked them the specific problem of my account. But they didn't reply to me anymore. I'm terribly depressed by this. At least you should return back my money and gave me an explanation for suspending my account. This result is unacceptable.

I've thought BOOKMAKER is quite safe betting website, so I deposit $7000 in the first place. I was so reget now since my money was stolen by them.

Just want everyone knows my terrible experience on BOOKMAKER.

For me, a normal player, the real hurt experience with BM was that I couldn't access my account from one day and the money was gone. The reason was violation of their terms and conditions but no explanation anymore. BM cannot do this to me without any explanations and they cannot just steal the money from me. At least you should give back balance amount $3000.
I couldn't understand why they did this to me. So I shared my experience here to ask for help and THE MOST IMPORTANT thing is to warn others to be careful with BM.

The e-mail you screen-capped lists two rules that you allegedly violated. Here is the first and important one:

As part of our fair play rules, should any player be suspected of utilizing a faster game feed, with the aim of gaining an unfair advantage when placing a wager, their activity is subject to an extensive review.
Any wagers determined to have been placed in violation of this fair play rule are subject to being void with the original stake amount returned. In such cases the user's account may be suspended for the duration of the investigation, and could result in a permanent account suspension as well.
Any decisions made by management are final.

Were you live betting, and if so, which feed(s) did you use?

For others interested in this case, note that this is the second account in the past two months that Bookmaker/JustBet has confiscated funds from merely for using a "faster game feed".

Not a good sign for Bookmaker, in my opinion.

Sorry, I don't know what "feed" is. I just bet on NBA live 1-2 bet a week, the speed is as fast as everyone else. There is no "faster game speed". It's nonsense. That's the reason that I said I need an explanation why they suspended my account.

Agreed it's not a good look. Just limit the player to peanuts if you think they are beating your live feed. But don't confiscate all the funds in their account. I'd be wary of live betting at BM right now, at least until this gets sorted out.

Sorry, I don't know what "feed" is. I just bet on NBA live 1-2 bet a week, the speed is as fast as everyone else. There is no "faster game speed". It's nonsense.

I know it used to be the case that they had a slow feed for NBA and was beaten by players who had normal speed. This was years ago, so not sure what it's like these days. But the solution to this should be to get a better feed, not limit players or confiscate funds from those with normal speed just because BM has the worst tech department in the industry.

Couldn't BM use this rule to punish players who live bet while attending the game in person? Watching in person would seem to be the "fastest live feed" possible. Does this give the player an "unfair advantage"?

If someone courtsides it makes sense for the book to limit or put that person on a delay so this advantage is neutralized, but it doesn't sound like that is what has happened here. Books in general have faster data than we do.

I look forward to hearing from BMR what they are doing or planning to do for miracle, if anything, because at this point this just seems a forum for bettors to share info with each other and there no longer exists any site that helps with player disputes at offshore books.

With the 1st book being JustBet? Same ownership as BM.
