We spoke with Bookmaker about this case. They've asked for some of the details not to be shared publicly. It involved taking advantage of live game feeds, which they have a public posted policy on that you can read here.

I signed up for bookmarker.eu in 2022. I bet @bookmark for 6 months and I bet once or twice a week for football, baseball or basketball.

My account suddenly was locked and could not log in on 8th May. After talked to the customer service, they said my identity verification was needed.

Then I sent all those documents to them but they said my account was suspended due to violation of the rules and they wouldn't give back my money in my account to me anymore.

I deposited $7000 to my account and still had $3000 left in it.

I don't know what's going on. They even didn't say a word of what kind of rule I had violated. They just seize all my money by using these excuses.

Don't they evaluate well? Why were they steal my money so easily while I did nothing wrong?

First of all, thank you for sharing this information.

Second of all, I recommend that you make an account at SBR and post the same thing. This forum is the future but many players have not moved here yet. The moderator over there seems to have connections with many of the top sportsbooks and he might be able to reach out for you.

Third of all, I and the others here have connections to many other players. At a minimum, we can let others know about your case.

I hope this case reaches a fair resolution quickly.

I'd like to hear updates from BMR here in terms of what they have done or will do and to give us a timeline of it. Because the last time I even heard of BMR contacting a book was in the Ollie/Elihu (dumb and dumber) case with Nitrogen many months ago.

SBR only focus handling official disputes with US/CA licensed entities..

Yes, but in reality most of the posters there play with offshore books like Bookmaker.eu, and the moderator there (name "Optional") has experience dealing with them. There is a relationship between Optional and some near-the-top people at those offshore books which has resulted in multiple players getting help recently.

I am guessing English may not be your first language based on your location in Taiwan and some of your spelling and grammar mistakes. That's okay, I'm just pointing that out because maybe there is an error in communication between you and Bookmaker somewhere that is causing the problem.

Generally speaking, Bookmaker is considered one of the safer offshore sportsbooks to deal with. Do you have chat and/or e-mail transcripts you can share so that we can see exactly what was said between you and the Bookmaker representatives? Maybe there is something in there we can pick up on to help you figure out what is going on.
