Anybody Bet Boxing?

I don't bet Boxing at all. Anybody successful here with it, and who ya got tonight? Davis vs Garcia?

Should be a hell of a fight. Boxing dead with the younger generation. I still love it.

Boxing killed itself with the corruption and lack of mega-fights. Fighters or managers ducking each other for years. Fights we all want to see usually take place years after both boxers were in their prime. This fight is the rare exception.

I like Tank to knock Garcia out middle rounds.

I used to put a lot of energy in betting boxing. It's a weird market because the overwhelming majority of the time there are few lines with tiny limits. If you beat them then you get limited super quick. But... every once in a while a huge fight comes along and you can get down virtually anything you want, and the lines can be very soft.

I put in a big bet (for me) on over 7 1/2 -110 last week, but the only book where you'll find that number now is a history book.

problem for me and boxing is every time it's a major fight and gets fan interest outside die hard boxing fans....the judges always seem to fukk up score card. And then it ruins the fight when judges don't score it as the rest of the world watching scores it

My card for this fight is in the Best Bet thread but here it is:
Gervonta Davis by KO/TKO -135
Davis/Garcia o7.5 rounds -155
Davis wins in rounds 7-9 +385
Ryan Garcia by decision +700

This fight is actually lined pretty close for a boxing match of this magnitude. I think they feel each other out for the first half of the fight but Davis finally catches him in the later rounds and scores the knockout. I couldn't help but sprinkle on Garcia to win by decision at +700 though because I think if he wins then this fight is going to the cards and if it does it'll mean he outboxed Davis.
