  • Zebet refuses to pay my money



    Hi dear BMR,
    I am facing problems with zebet.com They are registered under MGA and i played there from 1 week and on 10.5 i verified my account succesffuly.After i won some bets, at Saturday i gave my withdrawal first to Skrill, Sunday 2nd and yesterday the 3rdone.They reply me always that it's processed etc. but i didnt received my money still.I will be happy if you can look further that case.
    I called them today and they said always the same: You have to wait, I cant say you more bla bla bla.
    I dont know how to react to that shitty bookmaker.
    I will be happy if you can assist me.

    • Hi eemurla, thank you for sharing your experiences. Lets see what we can do to assist you with the matter, but I noticed that you have frequent issues with the books you are in. It is always good to know first the background and reputation of the book in terms of payout, customer care service and others that needs to be considered in order to avoid this kind of issues in the future.

        First of all thank you for your fe3dback.
        Actually I had problems with some unknown websites like you mentioned who weren't registered under MGA.
        Now with zebet my friend didn't have problems and i used zebet thanks to him.
        I will be happy if you can assist me as 6.000Eur is a lot of money.

        • Zebet are the sports betting arm of the French horseracing (pool betting) bookmaker zeturf.com who have been around for a number of years and don't have a bad reputation. Although I've never used either zebet or zeturf, I would be surprised if zebet are the sort of bookmaker not to pay out legitimate winnings. I think I would give them a bit more time before doing anything else.

          • I know they are serious as well but my friends receive for 2 hours tgeir withdrawals and if i wait 3 days, would you wait like me as well?
            I called them today to solve it but they refuse to give more infos and just they told me i have to wait.
            It can continue up to 1 year than if it would be the main aspect.
            I hope they will send my money and the dispute will be closed.

                BMR didn't contacted me as well.

                          • Today is 20th day of my withdrawal and nothing.
                            A lot of friends here said that i should be safe by Zebet but you see what's going on.
                            Sandy, i would be happy if you can assist me finally as this shouldn't be very strong case for you.
                            Please help me.

                              I don't know how to explain it.
                              This is maybe one of the worst jokes in the year.
                              They called me, they said that the game was fixed and they have evidence from the Tennis association and now they tell that I have admitted on the phone.
                              I don't know what to say to be honest, as they are kidding in the worst way .
                              How can a customer staff laugh to me?
                              How can a customer staff say to me you are fraudulent person?
                              Be aware of them just, not worth of playing by scam bookmakers.
                              Btw. waiting from MGA reply till tomorrow as they said, will keep you updated.
