Just turned 40 & I feel pretty fuckin’ good health wise right now.

Yeah you can still do a lot of the same shit. I’m in basketball leagues and always running. It just takes longer to recover as you get older.

The main reason why I feel so good these days, is because I avoid all things wear & tear on my body. Even my electrician jobs I only take on Forman type rolls usually small projects. I protect my back at all costs.

Running around playing basketball would kill me tbh. I can play a round of golf though & still can throw down in the bedroom for the ladies so I manage my physical activity in the right way for me. I also lift weights for strength training, I don’t do much cardio at all.

Not single anymore, I’m dating a massage therapist around the same age as me, but yeah she’s a hog for this .

my night job involves sharing art with others if you think about it. i teach many people that havent crafted before and they are always so happy afterwards. and no its not because of happy endings, they are just amazed with themselves lol

i definitely want to do a bmr paint/art therapy sesh with some of you lol would probably be a hot mess but would be so fun to see what you guys do and get your creative juices flowing
