Just copying what I wrote at SBR

Been a long time customer at GT Bets, I've deposited before and had a payout before. I received an email the next morning for an updated ID because the one on file is expired. Within the hour I sent them my ID. A few hours later I inquired through live chat if they received my ID, they said no and to try again and to add their support email address along with their payout department's email. So I resent it again to both email. Again a few hours later I inquired if they received it and now they are saying they aren't able to receive emails. They said they don't know when their email will be back up and to try again the next day. I offered to fax my ID since they have a fax number listed on their site under customer support. They said no.

Until they resolve this GT Bets deposit should all be on hold and this is extremely disappointing. I'm not going to say if it's a stalling tactic or if it's genuine, but regardless when there's no other way for them to receive the document they requested and are holding payouts, I wouldn't deposit there until these issues are resolved.

Gt Bets were willing to work it out and did agree to process the with drawl without my new updated ID since their email is down. Players with unexpired ID who already did KYC shouldn't have a problem. The only issue is for new players who need to do KYC or if you did KYC a while ago and your ID has expired and have to send in a new one. I did also receive proof that their email is indeed down. I would like to suggest to GT Bets that they should at least set up a temporary email account land put up a temporary email on their website for their customer. Other then that they have been willing to work things out and etc so that's always a great news.
