  • I suppose that they may not want to talk, but 'phone and ask them how they have 'addressed the issue' and which condition it is that they claim that you have breached.

      • Kabini - are you sure they haven't told you why they blocked or closed your account?? As in their terms (11.3) it says:

"(c) we shall address the issue that has given rise to Your Account suspension/closure with a view to resolving it as soon as reasonably practicable so that Your Account can, as appropriate, either be re-activated or closed."

If they haven't given you a reason, then they have broken their own terms. In which case I would contact the email address in section 18 of their terms and also go to IBAS. Details for IBAS are also in section 18, which I did paste on here for your benefit.

and i want to ask everyone!!!

First i want to ask you, they said my account is fraudulent account. i did fraudulent activity.

SO they closed my account and they refund my deposit amount only. And hold my winnings.

IF Like happened in my account , I made 5000GBP deposit and i lost 3000GBP in my account.

Only 2000GBP balance, now what they will do?

Can they refund my full deposit ? or only my balance?

                  Please confirm.

                  • They are entitled to take the position that the losses were genuine and the winnings were somehow fraudulent, but they would hopefully have to somehow justify that.

                    • Would depend on what type of fraud they were claiming. A full refund may occur but under certain circumstances.

First you should know, betvictor not like green listed website, they are fraud website like red listed website.

Can anyone say? could you able to made 200% to 300% profit in betvictor without account closing? anyone have like that account?

                        Definitely 100% not possible..

Because betvictor one of the big fraud website. they closing accounts immediately if you made profit.

Everyone thinking they process the payout, But true is they accept losers and they ignore winners.

Then how can you betvictor is reputable website?

I don't see what this has to do with what I said. I was answering your previous question.

Anyway in regards to this latest post, there are a variety of reasons why bookmakers may close your account, and despite what you may think it generally has nothing to do with profit.

It mostly depends on betting patterns, which includes a range of different things.

If you make value bets then a bookmaker will limit you or close your account. This is regardless of whether you win or lose. If you are constantly beating the SP of your betting selection, the bookie will see you as a sharp player and potentially as an unprofitable customer. I actually had my bet victor account closed within a week for constantly beating SP on horses. Although only 1 of the 10 bets I placed was a winner - because I was taking odds that were too good, I was seen as a potential risk.

Another common reason is players who only bet on promotional offers. Usually they will ban you from promotions, but it's not uncommon for accounts to be limited or closed.

They didn't close your account because you made profit. They closed it because they suspect you of fraud. This could be for a variety of reasons also.

Stop whinging about the same crap and DO something. I'm not the only one to tell you this!

                          *PHONE BET VICTOR
*EMAIL THEIR COMPLAINTS TEAM ON THE ADDRESS LISTED IN SECTION 18
                          *CONTACT THE RELEVANT GAMING COMMISSION
                          *CONTACT IBAS
*GO TO SPORTSBOOKREVIEW.COM AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THEM.

You appear to have done nothing apart from contact live chat + NewBMR, the second of which aren't particularly active anymore.

As you seem reluctant to listen to the advice about people / companies you should contact, you are just making yourself appear guilty as if you know your complaint won't get anywhere and you'll be found out.

Plenty of people in the past have used forums like this to try and bully bookmakers into paying out their fraudulent claims. They come on places like this, whinge and moan about the bookie being a cheat / thief and try to warn players away. This is an old tactic that probably worked when online bookies first started, but not anymore.

Please just go through the list I posted of who to contact and do something about it. Keep contacting them every few days until you get a response
