This morning I have received this email from Betvictor:

We are contacting you today to advise that a business decision has been taken by our Senior Traders and I must inform you that betting Account Number 4676... has now been closed and no further business may be executed on your behalf.

The balance of this Account now stands at zero with no outstanding bets.

Please be advised that no bonuses will be payable on any previous activity on this account and any promotional balance in your account at the time of closure has been removed.

As explained in our Terms and Conditions, a Traders decision is final and will not be over turned. I have taken the liberty of copying this below.

BetVictor reserves the right to refuse the whole or any part of any bet request for any reason. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or voided other than in exceptional circumstances. We also reserve the right to close any account without obligation to state a reason.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your past custom.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I send an email to know the reason!!But I had not answear!!

  • You are very unlikely to receive a reply from them. What they are effectively saying is that they are not making money from your account and/or are not likely to make money from you in the future. I can assure you that you are not the first and will not be the last to receive such an email from them. As long as they have repaid to you any (non-promotional) funds which were in your account when they closed it, then just forget about them and bet elsewhere (there are plenty of other solid bookmakers to choose from).

    • I can't see them saying anything more.Basically, they don't think your betting will be profitable for them.
If you are puzzled because you haven't been winning,it may be that other costs have made your account unprofitable for them - for example,if you keep depositing and withdrawing money [especially via an e-wallet].
I suspect that that email may be a standard one that they send - I seem to remember getting something similar when they closed my account.

      • My account was closed by BetVictor after I placed 3 bets, before the result of the events were even determined. They are not interested in any customers that look for value.

        • My account was similarly closed by them after barely any bets about 2 years ago. I tried to open a mcbookie account this month but that was closed without me even being able to make a deposit.
