The Vancouver Canucks are 2-1 in their previous three games at the Bridgestone Arena this season, and have yet to lose in regulation as the one defeat they suffered came in a penalty shootout, which is always a lucky dip.
The Canucks were unlucky to not take a 2-0 lead on the road in this series, despite being beaten 4-1 last time by the Nashville Predators, they outshot them 51-27.
Vancouver breezed into the playoffs with a 3rd place finish in the conference and at one stage looked like they might win it, Nashville had a solid 6th place finish.
We like the road team in this spot a lot as they are underdogs and in our opinion the better of the two teams, being on the road mightn’t be much of an issue, as we said they have yet to lose in regulation this season in Nashville and the Predators actually have a better road record than home record this season in NHL.
