why are they rated A+ despite deceptive/bait&switch practices?

Its unfair to not be provided a reason for why funds were frozen for 3 months and then no explanation for bonus confiscation. Not what is expected from a sportsbook being marketed as A+

@BMR Genie After 100s of chats across 3 months, BookMaker has finally reinstated my account, but deducted my bonus of 300 for the 300 deposit that was initially in my account. They refuse to offer any explanation why they did so. Do I need to file a new complaint for the bonus confiscation?
