We'll personally try to solve the disputes that our readers might have with Orange-listed bookies. The bookmakers that are responsive and take action to correct their problems will be in the following months removed from this list. Those betting sites that are not willing to cooperate in a timely fashion or that choose not to rethink their positions will be likely downgraded to the Red List.
