Aristocrat Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Aristocrat Leisure Limited, took home the hardware in multiple categories at the annual EKG Slot Awards, hosted and produced by Eilers & Krejcik Gaming (EKG). Aristocrat Hits the Jackpot
It’s not very often we think of the companies behind the slot content that we enjoy. We often circle the hundreds, if not thousands of slot machines on the gaming floor looking for the most familiar, or perhaps, a new slot that catches our eye. The companies that put together these concepts are furthest from our minds when pulling the one-armed bandits but their creative process manifests in slot machine games that generate billions of dollars annually.
And to honor those enterprising companies is an annual event produced by Eilers & Krejcik, who according to their website is “a boutique research and consulting firm focused on servicing the gaming equipment, interactive gaming, and sports betting sectors within the global gaming industry. Our products and services primarily include market research, company research, and consulting and advisory services designed specifically for land-based and online casino operators, equipment & technology suppliers, social gaming operators & suppliers, gaming regulators, and institutional investors.”
This year Aristocrat Technologies Inc. took home a total of 10 awards including the prestigious Best Overall Supplier of Slot Content which was their third such award in as many years. The company’s new MarsX Portrait cabinet won both the Top Performing NEW Cabinet – Core and Top Performing NEW Cabinet – premium categories while their Dragon Link Golden Gong was also named as the Top Performing NEW Premium Game.
Aristocrat Gaming CEO Hector Fernandez, said, “We are honored and humbled to be recognized for the innovative work we do on behalf of the gaming industry. These awards are a celebration of the hard work, dedication, and commitment to partnership of the Aristocrat team and our innovative game designers who create amazing products. We are grateful to our customers for their encouragement and support.”
