One of the nation’s most popular mobile sports betting apps has redesigned its layout, making it a sleeker and more attractive option for those who want to bet on sports on the go.
Making Every Step Easier
There is no time to catch your breath in the fiercely competitive mobile sports betting waters, so BetMGM has decided that there is no time like the present to upgrade its mobile sports betting app and make it more functional and aesthetically appealing.
BetMGM’s app is in lightning mode, and when thousands of people are using an app to wager, the pipeline can become clogged. BetMGM has ended this frustration with state-of-the-art technology that is certain to speed things right up and result in far less lag time.
More Improvements
The company has even increased the ease and convenience of its parlay builder feature, which requires much less scrolling and more immediate focus on games that may be of interest. Live betting has improved at BetMGM as well, with more rapid parlay building in the middle of a game, and those who use iOS devices can see their bets pop up on their lock screen without ever having to open the phone to check their bets.
The aesthetic appeal is cleaner as well. The BetMGM app is sleeker, and its design is less fussy and more polished. The dark theme feels right on the app, and its Responsible Gambling program is integrated by GameSense, a program designed within the BetMGM app that allows users to set limits on themselves so that they can maintain control of their own betting patterns.
“This is the fastest, most user-friendly, and best product we have ever offered,” Adam Greenblatt, Chief Executive Officer at BetMGM, said. “Every detail was designed with players in mind. By blending years of customer feedback with the ingenuity of our product development team, we’ve built a premium sports betting app with a level of detail and insight that sets BetMGM apart.”
Race to Improve
BetMGM is not the only company that is rolling out a new design, featuring a technologically improved mobile sports betting app. Its competitors are determined not to be left behind and, to that end, have pursued their own improvements and advancements.
For example, ESPN Bet is now trying to leverage its ability to integrate seamlessly with the ESPN digital app and allow those who link both accounts to have their fantasy rosters imported to the ESPN Bet app, along with player props and stats tailored to that player and his team through the new FanCenter section.
Aaron LaBerge, Chief Technology Officer and Head of Interactive at PENN Entertainment, said, “We’ve been focused on increasing the visibility of ESPN BET across the ESPN ecosystem, such as showcasing odds in stories and box scores and expanding the availability of markets within the ESPN app to include player and game props. Now we’re extending that connectivity to the fantasy product with a really innovative feature, tapping into the massive ESPN fantasy user base and streamlining the process for players to double down on their rosters with just a few taps.”
