Mitchell Parker (2-2, 3.09) suffered the first loss in Washington’s 5-game skid last Tuesday in Chicago, allowing 3 runs in 5 innings of his own 4-0 defeat to the White Sox.
The Twins scored 9 runs while being swept last week by both the Yankees and Guardians, while the Nationals were just broomed in Philadelphia and have scored 10 during their 5-game tumble.
