Wild vs. Penguins Under 6.5 (-118)
We think the 6.5 line here is a good one to target the under despite laying some juice. Combined, the Minnesota Wild and Pittsburgh Penguins are 19-21 to the under this season, but the 6.5 line looks too high for this matchup, so give us the under 6.5 lines.
Although the under is 4-6 in the last ten games between these two teams, 4 of the last 6 meetings have seen 7 or fewer goals scored, and both teams have been very strong defensively, allowing a combined 3.2 goals per game across their last five games. We like the odds for this NHL under tonight.
Chicago Blackhawks +1.5 (-153)
We are big on the Chicago Blackhawks tonight to cover the +1.5 spread despite playing on the road. The Blackhawks have good value to keep within one goal of the home team Buffalo Sabres, despite being the underdogs.
The Blackhawks are the best at the spread team in the NHL this season, going 16-3 overall. Meanwhile, the Sabres are 8-12 at the spread this season, which is the 23rd worst in the NHL.
We like Chicago on the moneyline at +155, so we definitely like their +1.5 line tonight against a Buffalo Sabres team that has lost 7 of their previous 8 games, whilst the Blackhawks are 5-1 in their last six outings.

Boston Bruins’ Morgan Geekie to Score (+173)
Boston Bruins Morgan Geekie comes into tonight’s game against a strong LA Kings team as the 6th best top goalscorer in the NHL thus far this season. Geekie has scored 14 goals in 22 games and has scored in 10 of his last 15 games, scoring 12 goals along the way.
Geekie seems to have massively improved this season, moving up lines. Having scored 33 times in 77 games last season, he has been projected to score 55 goals this season. Should he keep up this scoring rate, although highly unlikely, we should at least see Geekie score more than 33, and we like his chances of getting on the scoreboard tonight in this NHL matchup.
Winnipeg Jets’ Mark Scheifele to Score (+172)
Mark Scheifele comes into this game with a very respectable goals-to-shots ratio, sitting at 26% thus far this season. Scheifele started the season hot, scoring in five of his opening eight games, banging in 7 goals along the way.
Scheifele then scored only twice in his next ten games, but has since banged in a goal in 2 of his previous 3 games. We like Scheifele to stay hot tonight on home ice, having banged in 8 goals in 5 home games this season for the Winnipeg Jets.
The Jets have won in three of the previous four games against Carolina, winning all three games at plus money NHL betting odds.

Chicago Blackhawks ML (+162)
Like we said, we like the Blackhawks on the PK line and at +155, but we also like them on the moneyline. Right now, Chicago is the better of the two teams, having only allowed 1.8 goals per game across their previous 5 matchups compared to the Buffalo Sabres’ 3.2 goals allowed in their last five games.
Despite Chicago only winning 3 of the last 10 games against Buffalo, it seems the tables have turned this season, so we expect the Blackhawks to outplay their +155 odds.
Boston Bruins vs. Los Angeles Kings Over 5.5 (-106)
The Boston Bruins and LA Kings have a combined total over record of 23-20 to the over. We like the 5.5 total line on offer here as we feel it’s just a bit low for this NHL matchup.
Both teams have seen the over hit in 70% of their previous 10 games, and Boston comes into this matchup having seen 6 or more game goals in 5 of their last 7 games.
Although the LA Kings can be good defensively, we do like the low line here and believe it’s worth targeting for the total to go over.

Tips For NHL Parlay Betting
These are the best NHL parlay betting tips to follow when looking to build your own parlays.
- Avoid overloading your parlays with loads of legs. The odds might look better, but it’s decreasing your chances of winning. Aim for between 2-4 selections on parlays.
- Include a mix of favorites and underdogs. Roughly 65% of the favorites win in the NHL, but that doesn’t guarantee profit, as favorites usually yield lower returns.
- Target games and picks where you feel you have a clear advantage or the odds look to be worth some value.
- Always compare across multiple sportsbooks for the best NHL parlay betting odds.
