One of the WWE’s biggest events on the calendar, SummerSlam 2025, has arrived just in time for Fanatics to launch its WWE-branded online gambling games.
Fanatics Launches WWE Slots
The WWE, part of TKO Group Holdings, announced a multiyear agreement with Fanatics Betting and Gaming to distribute digital WWE-branded slots and table games throughout its iGaming platforms in the United States, including Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The product is available on iOS, Android, and PCs.
“We are excited to expand our relationship with WWE to now include an exclusive portfolio of WWE-themed online casino games,” said Ari Borod, Chief Business Officer at Fanatics Betting and Gaming. “This is a natural extension of the WWE-Fanatics partnership, which already includes global e-commerce, licensed merchandise, and memorabilia, as well as producing and distributing a growing lineup of digital shows.”
Exclusive sign-up offers from Fanatics and the popular Spin to Win game are available to eligible patrons and are made possible through technical partnerships with Boom Entertainment and Games Global.
Just In Time for SummerSlam
WWE SummerSlam 2025 is a two-night event taking place on August 2nd and 3rd at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and will be streamed internationally on Netflix. Despite the matches being scripted ahead of time, the outcomes are a closely guarded secret, and some of the major offshore sportsbooks are offering a menu of WWE SummerSlam bouts.
BetOnline (visit our BetOnline Review) is one of those trusted sportsbooks that will offer odds on SummerSlam matches that will feature a WWE Undisputed Championship between John Cena (+250) and Cody Rhodes, listed as the favorite at -400. Some of the other marquee matchups include:
- Jade Cargill (-600) vs. Tiffany Stratton (+350) fighting for the WWE Women’s Championship strap
- CM Punk (-275) vs. Gunther (+185) tangle for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship
Johnny Football & Fanatics Fair Play Policy
Former NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel has been added to the growing list of Fanatics brand ambassadors, and the company is partnering with the former first-rounder’s “Glory Daze” Season 2 podcast. For those unacquainted with the podcast, a press release described it as an “interview series from Almost Friday Media that celebrates and explores the most nostalgic eras in sports,” in which Manziel converses with other professional athletes.
“This season we talk to athletes still in the glory days, former athletes, and even notable fans,” said Manziel. “Having been through some unforgettable moments myself, I know how important it is to share the real stories behind what fans saw on the field.”
Moreover, Fanatics has been touting its Fair Play Policy, which protects bettors who may have wagered on a player’s props only to see that athlete injured and removed from the game in the first half.
“If a player unexpectedly exits a game early, Fanatics Sportsbook pays out the Under as a winner and refunds any Over single-player prop bets,” Fanatics said. “If the player is part of a customer’s parlay, Fanatics Sportsbook will click the Under as a winner and void the parlay leg for any Overs and keep the parlay active with recalculated odds.”
