We are now at the business end of the 2017/18 Premier League season, and the games come in thick and fast at this time of year. There is live Premiership football almost every night this week, starting with a massive relegation six-pointer between West Ham and Stoke on Monday night. The Potters have lost four in a row and look doomed. They will be desperate for points, but West Ham are on a roll at present and look well priced at even money with a range of Green-Listed Bookmakers to win that one. Brighton host Tottenham on Tuesday night, and on Wednesday Man Utd travel to the south coast to take on Bournemouth. Burnley play Chelsea on Thursday night and Leicester host another relegation threatened team, Southampton. Both teams to score looks good at 4/5 with Betfair and 3/4 with others. Then there is a full round of fixtures at the weekend.
Bayern Munich have already won the Bundesliga and they are bidding to win another treble under Jupp Heynckes. They play Bayer Leverkusen in the DFB Pokal on Tuesday night and they look like a great option to pick up a home win at 4/6 with Betway and 67/100 with Marathon Bet as they are in sensational form right now.
There is also La Liga action all through the week. A standout game sees Barcelona travel to Celta Vigo on Tuesday night and they should secure victory. They are bidding to become Invincibles, going a whole season without losing a game, and they are now just six matches away from achieving that magnificent feat. A Barcelona win is 8/11 or 7/10 with most bookmakers, with Marathon offering slightly better odds: 19/25.
It has been a bad start to the season for Mumbai Indians, who have lost their first three matches. They will seek to get some points on the board when they host fellow strugglers RC Bangalore on Tuesday. On Thursday there is a top of the table clash between Hyderabad and Kings XI. The Sunrisers have a 100% record so far this season and they are 10/11 with Bet365 and Sun Bets to extend that.
Premier League darts returns this week and all the leading lights are in action, including runaway league leader Michael van Gerwen. Rob Cross looks well priced to beat Peter Wright on Thursday night, with Sportingbet offering 13/15.
We are now into the semi-finals of the European Champions Cup. On Saturday, Leinster are heavy favourites to beat Scarlets, but Scarlets +11 in the handicap betting looks appealing with Unibet. Munster are 17/10 underdogs against Racing 92 on Sunday with Betway and that also looks tempting.
The NBA playoffs rage on and it has pretty much all gone to form so far, with the big teams beating the underdogs in game one other than Cleveland losing to Indiana. The Philadelphia 76ers destroyed the Miami Heat with a blowout victory, and they look worthy of further backing in that series. The NHL playoffs are also ongoing and the Pittsburgh Penguins are attracting a lot of futures bets to win the Stanley Cup, priced at around 9/1 with Green-Listed Bookmakers.
