One of the beauties of the NFL is that, given the short lifespan of the season, every game matters. In Week 2 fans and bettors will be treated to a divisional matchup in the AFC North, as the Ravens head to Cincinnati to visit the Bengals.

You Talkin’ About Playoffs?

Needless to say, if the Ravens pull the road win, this game could have huge implications in the playoff picture down the road, despite it being so early in the season.

Speaking of playoffs, we get another rematch of one of the postseason games from January as the defending champs, the Kansas City Chiefs, head to Jacksonville to play the up-and-coming Jaguars.

The Aaron Rodgers Show

Right after those two games we are treated to some more of the Aaron Rodgers Show as the New York Jets head to “Jerryland” to play the Cowboys.

Last but not least, Week 2 features the first Monday Night Football (MNF) doubleheader of three scheduled for this season. First, the NFC South matchup between the Saints and the Panthers will kickoff at 7:15 PM ET, followed by the Browns and the Steelers going head-to-head an hour later in Pittsburgh. The other two are slated for Week 3 and Week 14.

However, it all begins on Thursday with the Vikings and the Eagles facing off in Philadelphia.
