The 23-year-old righty has looked sharp in both of his outings for the Rockies after being acquired at the trade deadline from the Brewers for reliever Nick Mears.

The Yankees will send out their own barely tested rookie with Will Warren (0-1, 8.59 ERA, 1.64 WHIP) taking the mound in only the fourth start of his career. In his last effort, he surrendered two runs on seven hits over five full innings in a 10-2 win over the White Sox. It was a stark departure from the eight runs he allowed to the Angels in his previous start.
