The Yankees will send southpaw Carlos Rodon (11-7, 4.34 ERA, 1.22 WHIP) to the hill after two solid starts against the Rays and more recently against the Red Sox when he limited the latter to just a pair of runs on five hits over 6.1 innings in what resulted in an 8-2 Yankees win on Sunday.

The Yankees got hot in the last week of July, winning their last five games, while the Jays dropped three of four to the Orioles before entering this three-game road stand with the Bombers.
