The UFC returns to the Jersey Shore for a talent-stacked night of octagon wars, and as Erin Blanchfield and Manon Fiorot prepare for their main event clash, I’m here to supplement your UFC parlay betting needs.

Below, you’ll find two of my favorite picks from the UFC Atlantic City fight card. I’ve concluded that these betting lines are worth coupling for this weekend’s event; continue reading to find the best MMA parlay value for this Saturday night.

UFC Atlantic City Information

  • Date & Time: Saturday, March 30, 2024 – 07:00 PM ET
  • Location: Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City, New Jersey
  • Scheduled Fights: 14
  • Main Event: Erin Blanchfield vs. Manon Fiorot (UFC Women’s Flyweight Bout)

Jamall Emmers vs. Nate Landwehr

UFC Atlantic City Featherweight Bout

Landwehr: The Story So Far

Nate ‘The Train’ is a mythical MMA figure who arrived at the UFC, proved he was real, and became an instant hit with the fan base. He’s pure aggression, willing to leave everything in the octagon, and a man who’s won three of his past four bouts, including two submission victories.

  • Landwehr Pro MMA Record: 17-0-0
  • Landwehr Knockout Wins: 8
  • Landwehr Submission Wins: 2

Emmers: The Story So Far

In contrast to his UFC Atlantic City opponent, Emmers is a technical, more precise striker who should probably be 4-2 as a UFC competitor after a rough split decision loss to Jack Jenkins in 2023.

Emmers could, however, be coming into his own. He stopped Dennis Buzukja at the end of 2023, a bout that displayed his potential of completely outclassing the opposition in a striking war. Not to mention, he took a formidable striker in Giga Chikadze to a split decision in his promotional debut.

  • Emmers Pro MMA Record: 20-7-0
  • Emmers Knockout Wins: 8
  • Emmers Submission Wins: 3

UFC Atlantic City Landwehr vs. Emmers: Skillset Breakdown

For me, Emmers ticks all the boxes to oppose the relentless pressure of Landwehr. He boasts significant speed and movement from the outside and should have the tools to deliver counterstrikes to put the dog on notice.

Landwehr has that dog in him, but he’ll likely need to rely on a bad weight cut or some heavy grappling to drain Emmers and make this fight dirty. Envisioning this outcome doesn’t feel as probable as Emmers being able to outperform ‘The Train’ on Saturday night technically.

Emmers Moneyline Reasoning

From a more refined technical striking offense to a much faster reaction time and potential to land at a higher clip, alongside serviceable grappling skills, I’m seeing a clear path to victory for Emmers

this weekend. In contrast, the battle-worn frame of Landwehr feels limited beyond his opponent gassing out too early. The available UFC odds with Bookmakers Review favor Emmers at -195, and this price works nicely for the Punching Parlay as it takes us into plus-money alongside our following moneyline.

Kyle Nelson vs. Bill Algeo

UFC Atlantic City Featherweight Bout

Algeo: The Story So Far

Bill Algeo is a dawg! His 5-3 UFC record isn’t perfect, but his only losses for the promotion have come via decision. He always guarantees one thing for bettors: he’s going to fight to the death for your money.

  • Algeo Pro MMA Record: 18-7-0
  • Algeo Knockout Wins: 4
  • Algeo Submission Wins: 7

Nelson: The Story So Far

Warning: Kyle Nelson has avoided defeat as a heavy underdog in three consecutive bouts. The Canadian native is, however, 3-4-1 as a UFC competitor. While consistency has seemingly been on his side in recent bouts, he’s lacked versus opponents who can match his energy and pace overall.

  • Nelson Pro MMA Record: 15-5-1
  • Nelson Knockout Wins: 5
  • Nelson Submission Wins: 4

UFC Atlantic City Algeo vs. Nelson: Skillset Breakdown

Since his UFC debut in 2020, Algeo has proved himself to be a competitor who can handle the physicality of strong and pressure-pushing opponents. Spike Carlyle and Joanderson Brito are the best examples to compare to Nelson, as a collection of fighters who often rely on their strength, and it’s Algeo whose fast hands and diverse skills have assisted him in overcoming such a threat.

To defeat Algeo, you must make an example of him and outwork the hard worker. He’s already fought in the octagon against stronger opponents and found success, so there isn’t much to worry about when evaluating Nelson.

Algeo Moneyline Reasoning

As the more complete fighter with a level of durability that hasn’t been compromised, who’ll additionally have the faster hands with more output across three rounds… It’s difficult to ignore Algeo in this spot.

The available UFC odds at our top-rated sportsbooks favor Algeo, and rightfully so. Nelson is a worthy underdog, but his current streak of proving his doubters wrong will end this weekend as he’s matched with an opponent who’ll fend off the takedowns, return to his feet if needed, and possess the greater striking skills with a significantly faster pace.
