Both teams have respectively made the post-season with the Dallas Stars sitting top of the Western Conference and looking very likely to stay top come the end of the regular season, we believe there could be value in taking the Jets to win this one on the road, especially given their recent form which has seen them go 14-6 away from home.
The Stars have been on fire at home this season, and they might end up winning this one but the Jets are looking to leapfrog the Colorado Avalanche and will no doubt be looking for some revenge in this game having gone 0-3 to Dallas this season despite having had the best goaltender in the NHL.
The Pick
The Dallas Stars are respectively favorites here and for good reason, but we believe their current odds to win this game on the moneyline at -130 is too short given how late it is in the season and the fact they are almost guaranteed to top the conference. The Stars could easily let their guard down here and the Jets are not bad enough to go 0-4 against Dallas this season.
