1) Figure out healthy food you enjoy:
*Fish, meats, cucumber, egg whites
2) Any exercise program requires a combination of cardio and weight resistance.
*Figure out a routine you enjoy.
...One example would be treadmill walking (while you watch the games).

Its, all about cardio, burning more than u consume, cut out carbs as much as possible.
TO burn fat as fat weight ASAP.
Best way is when u wake up,

DO NOT EAT.
Immediately start doing cardio, -- running/ swimming as much as possible .
Since, ur body has naturally ~fasted ~ 8 hrs. during sleep.
You will then, dig into body reserves faster esp. while doing high -intensity workouts,
Such as Beachbody series or w/e.
After that, eat a medium sized meal/ protein shake.

Post cruise weight loss update. This was to be expected. I figured I would gain a few pounds. I tried my best to walk as much as possible but now that I'm home it's back on track of trying to lose the weight
You should run up one of those snow capped mountains in Vegas for your work outs. And remember there’s always a Russian Uber driver coming for you if you don’t keep your training up.
