The Matthew Stafford vs. Joe “Cool” Burrow matchup is still over a week away and while neither team has practiced yet, they each gave their first injury report ahead of the big kickoff on February 13.
Los Angeles Rams vs. Cincinnati Bengals
Sunday, February 13, 2022 – 6:30 PM EST at SoFi Stadium
LA Rams Injury Report
For the Rams: running back Cam Akers, offensive lineman Joe Noteboom, linebacker Christian Rozeboom, tight end Tyler Higbee and cornerback Grant Haley are all estimated to be non-participants. Safety Taylor Rapp and wide receiver Van Jefferson are set to be limited to start the week.
Akers, who should be ready for SB Sunday, is still nursing a shoulder injury from the win over the San Francisco 49ers and Higbee is dealing an MCL sprain and might not be available. Noteboom didn’t play in the NFC Championship due to an injured pec, but the Rams had Andrew Whitworth back at left tackle, so with or without him, the Rams will be fine. Rapp is in concussion protocol and Jefferson has a minor knee injury.

- RB Cam Akers- Shoulder
- LB Christian Rozeboom- Elbow
- TE Tyler Higbee- Knee
- DB Grant Haley- Quadricep
Limited Participation

Cincinnati Bengals Injury Report:
For the Bengals: defensive end Trey Hendrickson, defensive end Cameron Sample, and tight end C.J. Uzomah are expected to be non-participants in practice. Wide receiver Stanley Morgan and defensive tackle Josh Tupou are estimated to be limited while guard Jackson Carman and defensive end Wyatt Ray are set to be full participants.
Uzomah went down early with a knee injury (MCL sprain) against the Kansas City Chiefs. Whether or not it’s that serious remains to be seen, but his absence would be a huge loss for Cincy and a big gain for L.A.
Two extra weeks of rest should also allow Morgan, who is dealing with a hamstring injury, and Tupou, who has a knee injury, to be back in the mix.
And with whatever illness Hendrickson is battling, let’s hope it doesn’t last too much longer as he played a big part in the reason why the Bengals made it this far.

- DE Cameron Sample- Groin
- TE C.J. Uzomah- Knee
Limited Participation
