I think one can do BOTH.

*Saw a video from a Doctor. Cucumber is a great natural food to regulate your body. Love the Cucumbers, no lie.

I'm not familiar with the Ruck Pack. But I assume it's just about weight-resistance. I have used a Weighted Vest in the past.

OK. I added cucumbers to the list.

I was going to get bored of eating peanut butter and ranch dressing.

... I'm not. I signed up for a gym membership a few months ago and haven't been once. I just know that I can't do a lot of the weight lifting and bodybuilding type stuff. I just need to start out small to begin with. Exercise bike, swimming, sauna etc...
i don't have many insecurities in my mind, but going to a gym would make my self conscience for sure

Just get to the gym....you will start using certain machines that are real good and effective.In no time at all you will get the feel of the gym/machines etc.walking/doing cardio is great but when you add machines/light weights it will reap wayyy more benefits.Eating cleaner will give you even better results

Bobby, go into the gym with a plan. Given your weight, you probably have some aches and pains. If you have let's say back pain, look up back exercises on Athlean-X's youtube channel and start doing them. Low weight, proper form.

If you can manage to force yourself to go 3x a week, after a week or two you will stop dreading it and actually enjoy it. So don't think of it as having to suffer 3x/week for the rest of your life. Just for 2 weeks.

I'm guessing it's the cardio you fear more than the weights so I'd start with weights.

i hate soda, never liked it. I drink 2-3 bottles of water a day

It's not so much that I'm fearful of the gym. It's just I know that I'm not very strong so I'm not going to be going in there lifting big weights and so forth. But I know I need to start somewhere and start off small
