i dont like take anything i regret getting covid boosters i knkw what i need to do stop drinking soda stop eating out so much cook healthy meals exercise its just actually doing it is the problem im weak give in easy to cravings

Bobby couldn't even put himself in front of the weight, much less lift more than once.

You know I was surprised you were under 250 lbs when you weighed in from your trip. That is a positive for you. We all thought it was gonna be 260 lbs or more.

I was pretty active during my trip but I personally was shocked as well that I didn't weigh more
