Good morning, I am having same issues with Marathonbet. Last week, I filled out the dispute form via the link you sent in and I forwarded all conversation between myself and the Marathonbet team to the stipulated email but I didn't receive any confirmation of receipt of my complaint.
I sent the emails using my registrated email kiyesolat@gmail.com. kindly help.
My account has been unlocked and my funds successfully withdrawal. Sharing this to give hope to those who still have your accounts locked 😁

After I won quite a big sum, MarathonBet limited the withdrawals and sent a letter that I must complete the verification and requested some documents on the 26th of August. The same day I sent the documents. Then, on the 29th of August there was another letter asking more documents and photos. I sent them the same day. After that no letters, support team says that there are no terms for verification and that I must wait for their letter. Verification process now lasts for more than 14 days. I can’t withdraw the funds. I think that Marathonbet intentionally protracts the verification so that I couldn’t withdraw the funds.

I have submitted a complaint, but didn’t get any confirmation that you get it.

Been there ... Took slightly over 30 days before I was cleared and got paid by Marathonbet. I hope you didn't break any rules, hopefully you'll get your funds eventually. I truly know how you feel.

I'm having serious issues with marathonbet, 15days I was sent an email to verify my account by submitting my documents, next day I completed all the required documents, ever since then I haven't heard from them whenever I chat them they will give excuses that's on reviewing, and I have my funds which I depends on in the account, I wasn't been able to withdraw my funds since then, am really stranded here. Please help me!!🙏🙏

Every time I try to contact them in chat, they send me the same email saying "Your Marathonbet account was recently blocked as part of our standard account review process. This review is still ongoing and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your patience as this review continues. We'll get back to you as soon as it's complete." But it's been 2 months and I just want to withdraw my money from this booking. I never thought I would have this disappointment with the booking. Please if anyone knows how to fix this situation , Help me.

Hi, so I have been at this for quite some time with marathonbet now. My account was suspended over a month ago, they asked for verification and I submitted, after 2 days they asked for another form of verification I submitted, then they asked for my picture holding said verification.
Since then till now, my account is still suspended and the only message is your account is under review and we apologize for any inconvenience and I have my bankroll there.
Please can anyone help

Hello good morning my marathon bet account has been blocked for over 3months now have sent in several documents from
National identity car
Birth certificate
Bank statement ( 2 of my bank statement)
Utility bill
I even snap picture holding documents separately holding id card separately they even request for the birth of certificate each time I send in a copy they reply so fast to let me know I sent in a copy and they will accept it but now have sent in all the real documents since but what they kept saying was that my account was still under review have message them several times without getting any valid response back I think this betting site is a scam
Several mail
Several documents but nothing to show of
