verifying marathonbet account for more than 15 days and no respond

Good day guys
Today marks it 3 weeks that marathonbet blocked my account
After continuous questioning(not harsh) and begging they finally opened my account
Though my account like some others was removed from the money in my balance for charges
If you have any money in the account and you’ve been betting constantly then forget it cause it’s as good as gone( they will take 10% of every amount you’ve ever used to bet and remove it from your current balance and give you the rest)

Originally they blocked my account on the 28th of may but based on them they started the verification process on the 8th this month so it’s been 21 days now

I think what matters is not the time spent but how you persistently plead with them to open the account back
Today I suggested to them what “if they close my account, will they then be able to send me my money”
They replied no then I still messaged begging to speed up the process and before I knew it I got a mail that my account has been reopened

If you continue pleading from time to time then they’ll probably get tired or feel sympathy then open the account

Did they mention that many of you come from the same country?

Have they accused you of knowing each other?

This is the message I received
The reason they blocked my account in the first place was cause of some times I’d deposit then decide not to book a game then withdraw(did that a few times)
Also they didn’t accuse me of anything else or knowing anyone else in my country with the same issue
I just kept reaching out to them for an update on my account and the last day I messaged them(though they said I should be patient again) they immediately opened it but took all my money

Letting them know how badly you need the account to be opened then sooner or later they will

My advice would be for you to keep messaging their customer care that you really want your account to opened and such
Cause if you keep quiet they may leave locked for a longer time
Like I said in my previous post, the moment I messaged them (although they sent me the same “please wait” message) after like 10 mins I received a message that my account has been opened
So basically keep messaging they and they’ll open it soon

Just be sending them messages asking if the account will be opened soon or how much longer will it take
Get them to feel that you really want the account to be opened soon
i don’t know what the reason behind your account being blocked is but if you keep persisting then they’ll be sure to open it soon
It’s humans handling it so at times they could probably forget to take an already existing case if the customer isn’t pushing so hard for answers

Also depending on what got your account blocked in the first place you may or may not get your full money back
For me I broke a rule in the terms and conditions by withdrawing without betting the full amount of my deposits(though I think they should create a software that shows how much exactly you have left to gamble with before you can withdraw)
So what you should do right now is ask them why the account was blocked in the first place

this will bring hope to others that marathonbet is not a scam site and will as well open their account


Please BMR officials if there is any other related post then let them know that the problem will only be solved if the customers pry the marathonbet team to open the account
