THREE months wait for funds in Bookmaker???

My complaint via BMR has been ignored. I understand that BMR still wants to promote Bookmaker as A+ because the sportsbook is a paying client.

Before you go shitting on us remember you just made this thread 2 weeks ago. You said this has been a 3 month issue where you have had other forums advocate for you with no luck. You have a member here responding to your posts. Please show a little respect or just move on.

Unfortunately, our thread starter is not posting her full story or what she has been told.


Bookmaker advised that both accounts opened in her name at BM and JB were identified as fraudulent.

They were part of several hundred accounts that suddenly signed up and used the exact same betting pattern to exploit the bonus offerings.

Many of these accounts have been identified to have used purchased or borrowed false IDs to create multiple accounts for more bonuses.

None of these accounts have ever placed a bet apart from the bonus exploitation style bet.


Bookmaker did not say this but I think it is safe to assume that someone posted a BM bonus offer on one of the UK "easy ways to make money online sites" in their "risk free bonus hunter" section with instructions how to use it in concert with another bonus to obtain a risk free profit result. (this is also why so many are females are involved)

Whilst this sounds fine on the surface it is in breach of most offshore book terms that cover exploitation of bonuses and non genuine customers. But the major problem is that they cannot be paid as the first wave of hundreds will turn into a flood of thousands as soon as it is reported the book has paid people.


Bookmaker floated a number of potential options with BMR. Such as removing bonuses, cancelling the loyalty program, allowing them to play out balances with basic services only or let them withdraw minus the regular fees BM absorbs.


BMR recognizes the issue and agreed that all options floated by Bookmaker were fair in these circumstances.

Bookmaker did not say this person used a false ID. And the way she is talking here, offering additional ID, I think she probably is using her own.

Maybe she would be willing to confirm the bonus hunter theory and explain the method for using the Bookmaker bonus for us?

I'd be interested to know for sure too.
