About 3 months ago I deposited $300 in Bookmaker and uploaded docs. My accnt was successfully verified. Not being verifiend is Not the reason for being 'under review' all this time. Soon after that my accnt got temporarily disabled and I was given the run around every time I checked on the status. No bets were ever placed. I kept checking periodically and they keep telling me the same thing - that they are not sure when I will be allowed access to my funds. Has this happened to anyone else? I am wondering if Bookmaker intentionally does this in a ponzi scheme manner to increase their working capital? After enough time has elapsed, they hope that the customer either gives up or they utilize other deposits to make up ??

@BMR Genie I have filled out the complaint, but to no avail. I do not understand why sportsbooks are promoted on the forum when they simply ignore. It should take them max couple minutes to restore access to my account. Instead, I have been given the run around for 3 months "your account is under review" and even after the official complaints via multiple forums, I am still ignored.

I actually filed the first complaint via BMR in July after filing complaint via SportsbookReview was entirely ignored. Upon not receiving any email in reference to my July complaint via BMR, I posted at TheRX.com and that eventually direction led me to @BMR Genie Then I re-filed complaint via BMR + opened an accnt with BMR, here I am as a newbie. But shouldnt an A+ rated sportsbook quickly respond to their members (at least after receiving funds), versus complaints needing to be filed in order for them to respond?

Bookmaker pays out 25K a day in MINUTES. You think they are going to care about $300?? You know how many complaints there would be?? Come on man... @BMR Disputes Matt will find out what is going on. You are in good hands
Ok good to hear that about them and I understand that my deposit is meaningless to them, but its extremely unprofessional of them to ignore me for over 3 months.

This happened to someone I know recently too. I think for some reason certain new accounts are getting flagged at bookmaker. I have no idea why. The problem is they seem to forget to deal with these accounts after flagging them.
I'm confident you will get your money Homeruns. But it is certainly unfair of them to keep you waiting around for months.

I'm confident you will get your money Homeruns. But it is certainly unfair of them to keep you waiting around for months.
Since they are doing this to others also, should they not be dropped to an A rating? A+ just does not seem right.

Unfortunately, in the offshore (and onshore) sports betting world standards are not the same as they are in many other industries. Yes, it's very annoying that Bookmaker is dropping the ball on this and they should make it right asap.
However, they take big bets, don't limit people, don't boot people, and pay 25k a day in a timely manner. That puts them at the very top of the heap as far as sportsbooks go.

Thats all fine & dandy, but the lack of professionalism should not earn them an A+ and they ought to not be promoted as BMR as "the most reliable betting site for online payouts" if bookmaker can not even acknowledge my issue besides stating that the accnt is still under review. I know that even C rated books would resolve the matter way faster.
