@BMR Genie After 100s of chats across 3 months, BookMaker has finally reinstated my account, but deducted my bonus of 300 for the 300 deposit that was initially in my account. They refuse to offer any explanation why they did so. Do I need to file a new complaint for the bonus confiscation?

@BMR Disputes Matt
Your 1st complaint should be enough just as long as Matt/Genie know you are still having issues. This one will be interesting as any book can give or take away bonuses/betpoints at their discretion.

Its unfair to not be provided a reason for why funds were frozen for 3 months and then no explanation for bonus confiscation. Not what is expected from a sportsbook being marketed as A+
I'd like to hear an explanation too. They let someone play but deny them the advertised first deposit bonus and hold their funds hostage for months. Doesn't seem right.

They didn't withhold my funds, but they did remove my live betting, bonus points, and deposit bonus. Not sure why they play hard ball, you can still use their lines via 3rd party that they partner with. And the weird thing is they probably still pay commission to the 3rd party site that offer their lines and on top of that there isn't a withdrawal limit of $100K a month.

why are they rated A+ despite deceptive/bait&switch practices?

Because you rate on the scale. Bookmaker has many many faults, but when you take everything into consideration they are still one of the best books out there.
ok but should at least be downgraded to an A until they acknowlwdge my complaint and explain reason for victimizing me / freezing funds for 3 months / confiscating bonus....not acceptable of an A+ book, no matter how good they are in other departments

Still can't wait to hear the details on this one. Top 2 book that sends 25K in minutes don't hold $300 for 3 months for no reason.

I hear you Enikk. I would be raising an eyebrow too, but they did the same thing to a friend of mine a couple months ago. I convinced my buddy to start using BM because of how often they have the best lines available on certain events. He signed up and took a bonus and they froze his money just like they did to homeruns. Took him a like a month to get it back. I think he even had to file a complaint with BMR.
I'd like to know what the deal is. Turning away a customer is one thing, holding funds for months without explanation is quite another.

Funds should be released. But bonus they can keep because it’s in their tos.
This is a total guess, but they might see you as multi account bonus hunt.
Any chance you created the account in someone else home and they have an account? Or another family member have an account there?

That is what I was thinking with what Ace wrote. If Ace had ever logged onto his account from that guy's house. I always worried about that when at one of my friends houses that gamble but yet most books give you that referral bonus for bringing on friends. Personally, I never refer anyone using my account as I would never want anyone tied to me no matter how sweet the offer is.

This was my thinking also. I never logged in from that dude's house but someone else easily could have. Either way, funds shouldn't be held for months with no explanation.
It's nice to have BMR as a resource, but we really shouldn't need it with a top notch book like BM.

nope, nothing of that sort. If that might be the issue, Bookmaker would simply state that. But no, they simply forgot about me. My wild guess is that they did not feel comfortable awarding bonus to a female after seeing my DL. And then forgot about my frozen account for 3 months. I do want compensation for that. Reinstating my account and confiscating bonus is Not acceptable. I want a precise answer besides "Our decision is Final" My complaint via BMR has been ignored. I understand that BMR still wants to promote Bookmaker as A+ because the sportsbook is a paying client.

I am totally with you on this. I don't even gamble at hotels and other wifi for the same reason. All they need is a reason. I also earned 0 referral credit for the same reason. $50-200 isn't shit, against the amount we betting.

I don't think female is the reason. I certainly hope not. Compensation beyond your original funds is a long shot. Nigh wishful thinking.

As for "Our decision is final", that is their normal responds. Hell, with my problem I even had the rep side with me. But because they don't understand what went wrong, they can't fix it nor tried. And they gave me "Our Decision is Final", until I worked with BMR which sided with me. And told them, no you guys messed up, and your decision isn't final. Pay the man back.

But in short, there is always the possibility of "we fucked up, it isn't my problem. I don't know how to fix it. It will stay fucked up until it is someone else's problem." Have a nice day.

Shitty standards but better than most books still.
