Hello! I have problem with pandabet.net sportsbook. First of all I've registered and recieved their 100% bonus (40eur) my deposit was 40 eur. I've placed 2 bets 50 eur on 1.67 and 30 eur on 1.89. My 50 eur bet won and 30 eur bet lost. Than I've placed 83 eur bet on 2.56 and lost. My balance became 0. Than I've recieved e-mail from them with 50% reload up to 50 eur. I've deposited 100 eur recieved bouns 50 eur and placed bets on 2.68 odds. Won. Than placed 402eur on 1.74 and won. My third bet was 150 eur on 1.86 and it won too. My balance became 828.98 eur. I've completed requriements and decided to withdraw part of my money (500 eur). And than I've recieved this from them:

Dear Raman
Further to your withdrawal request. Unfortunately, we cannot approve your withdrawal request as the sportsbook bets you made have not met with the bonus terms and conditions. Although you have met with the required bonus points, you have obtained your winnings by placing a bet less than the minimum odds; pre-live bets must be minimum odds of 1.8 and live-betting must be minimum odds of 2.1.
Paragraph 6 of the Sportsbook bonus conditions on the promotion page describes the following;
“All bets made in the Sportsbook while using a bonus must exceed an odd of 1.8 in pre live bets and 2.1 in live bets otherwise any winnings cannot be withdrawn.”
As a result, we have available two options:
You can cancel the bonus (or we can cancel it for you) and all funds accumulated while the bonus was active will be lost.
Or; we will reset your account and you will receive your initial deposit + bonus. We will allow you to wager the bonus a second time - this time placing bets against odds of 1.8 or higher, or on odds of 2.1 for live bets.
Please advise by return which option you would prefer.
Kind Regards
The Pandabet Team

Than they canceled my bet 402 eur on 1.74 odd and 150 eur bet on 1.86 odds and my balance became 402 eur:

Dear Raman
We are sorry to inform you that we have cancelled your bonus and reversed any winnings made.
The reason for this is because your betting pattern is in violation with paragraph 6 of the Sportsbook bonus terms & conditions which states the following;
“While having a bonus active, all bets made with real and bonus money must meet with the odd requirements. Failing to do so will result in cancellation of the bonus and all winnings.”

The odd requirements are set at 1.8 for pre live bets and 2.1 for live bets. Your betting history shows that you have made the following bets while using an active bonus:

Zenit v Pacos de Ferreira - Corners - Under 11.5 Corners (1.74) 402 eur

Customer service is of our utmost priority and we do understand that this might have happened in error. Therefore we have set your account back to the initial starting point.
In other words, we will give you a second chance!
You can place bets again using the initial bonus which was awarded! Please make sure that you do meet with the requirements this time.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this issue might have caused and want to thank you for choosing Pandabet.
Best Regards
Customer Support
Pandabet

It mean that they stole 426.98 eur from my balance.

Firs of all:
1. “All bets made in the Sportsbook while using a bonus must exceed an odd of 1.8 in pre live bets and 2.1 in live bets otherwise any winnings cannot be withdrawn.” I understood it like "this bets don't count to rollover" as all sportsbook. I don't know any sportsbook that accepted bets and if you won they confiscate winnings and if you lose - everything is ok. They didn't tell anywhere that winnings will be confiscated. Only now after many players recieved this messages they added to their rules; "PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE HAVING A BONUS ACTIVE, ALL BETS MADE WITH REAL MONEY AND BONUS MONEY MUST MEET WITH THE ODDS REQUIREMENTS (PRE LIVE BETS WITH 1.8 ODDS OR HIGHER AND LIVE BETS AT 2.1 ODDS OR HIGHER) FAILING TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION OF THE BONUS AND ALL WINNINGS." But it was made after my registration and after my second deposit. It mean that it doesnt' aply to me.
2. If they don't let to place bets less than 1.8 odds than why they accepted it? It mean that if I made missclick and placed wrong bet than I'll lost all money if I win? It is funny. I think it is like freeroll.

I have 2 situations:

1st: deposit. recieved bonus, placed bet on odds less than 1.8 and LOST all balance. Their decision is: Everything is ok. And sent me reload offer. They didn't say me anything about wrong odds and winnings confiscation.

2nd:: deposit. recieved bonus, placed bet on odds less than 1.8 and WON. Their desission is: Confiscate winnings.

Please help me with this unfair situation. I'm ready to complete their rollover again but with my 828.98 eur balance. But I think they must to pay me right now, because they have 4x bonus and 1x deposit rollover (300eur) that was done.

It is their right to not consider the bet valid for the rollover, but they cannot void the winnings. Bookmakers Review can contact them on your behalf, although personally I never heard of them before today.

I also recommend you submit an official complaint with the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission.

Please contact them. They are new bookmaker that used TAIN software. If they won't listen you I'll submit official complain. I think they are new sportsbook and that is why this situation happened.

The truth in this case is that as 2cool4 said Pandabet are a new sportsbook and they have been hit pretty bad by bonus hunters, but they were very collaborative throughout the whole process, which btw lasted just few hours.

Once I explained the CEO that he could not take a bet where the player had no fair chance to win, he was very reasonable and he immediately accepted my suggestion for a fair resolution.

Now I'm personally reviewing the current Pandabet bonus terms to make sure they are fair and in line with the bonus T&Cs of other bookmakers.

Unless they are from most Green Listed Bookmakers (Paddy Power, Bet365 etc). They have never give problems as their T&Cs are clear and they are accessible. The ongoing bonus's for existing account holders (money-back and reload offers) are awesome. Bet365 100% reload bonus up to £100 for the new football season was a great promo.
