Golden State Warriors +2 -113 1.13u to win 1u

One play today and its on the crucial game between the Warriors and the Lakers tonight. The Warriors have struggled without Steph Curry in the lineup these past few games but it looks like they will get both him and Draymond Green back for tonight's pivotal matchup. The Lakers haven't done well in this scenario where they find themselves as short favorites up to 3.5 points so I'm fading them here and taking the Warriors in a desperate spot for them where they need this win to keep pace in the playoff race.

Nice easy winner with the Warriors winning outright against the Lakers. We'll see if I have anything on Sunday because I have to work but I might have something on the evening games.

Dallas Mavericks +4 -110 1.1u to win 1u

Just one play for me today since I won't have time to cap this card and its on Dallas to cover the 4 points here at home against the Nuggets. The Nuggets have been in good recent form so I expect them to play well here but Dallas needs this game much more than Denver to prove that they are legit contenders in the West. I'm rolling with Dallas to get it done here and although I lean to them getting the outright win I'm just taking the points to play it safe.

Dallas gets it done and I continue my recent streak of picking winners. Hopefully I continue that this week as a new week starts in the NBA and we wind down the regular season.

Domantas Sabonis o13.5 rebounds -145 1.45u to win 1u
Golden State/New York Knicks o211.5 -108 1.08u to win 1u

First up tonight I'm playing a player prop in the Kings/Grizzlies matchup. I'm going with Domantas Sabonis to go over his rebound prop tonight in a game he should dominate on the interior. He has gotten at least 14 rebounds in 8 out of 10 games and against Memphis in 2 meetings this year he had an astounding 21 and 26 rebounds respectively. He has a good chance to do it again tonight against a weak Memphis front line so I'm going over 13.5 rebounds with Sabonis.

Next up I'm taking the over in the Warriors/Knicks game tonight. The total is low because the Knicks have been playing elite defense this year and especially recently following the return of OG Anunoby. However, he's out for this game due to an elbow injury and I think that hurts the Knicks defensively. This game will be close but I do think there is enough offense from both teams to go over this total especially since the Knicks won't be nearly as good defensively without their best defender in the lineup.

Sabonis is a very consistent player.

Great win, JR!

Houston Rockets -9.5 -115 1.15u to win 1u
New Orleans Pelicans 1H -3.5 -113 1.13u to win 1u

First up tonight I like the Rockets laying 9.5 on the road against the Wizards. The Rockets should be able to go on the road and blow this team out. Washington is a bad basketball team as we all know and it seems like they're just going through the motions waiting for the season to mercifully come to an end. Meanwhile this Rockets team has been playing good basketball as of late and I expect them to really put it on the Wizards and blow them out tonight behind their stingy defense.

Next up I played New Orleans in the first half against the Nets tonight. The Pelicans have been really good against the spread in the first half and I expect that trend to continue tonight against a bad Brooklyn team. These two teams are headed in opposite directions so I really don't think New Orleans has much of problem building a big lead headed into halftime and ultimately winning this game. I just played the first half because while I do think the Pelicans cover the first half I'm not sure I'm comfortable laying 7 on the road with them because they have a tendency to let teams back in the game after halftime.

2-0 night as Houston cruised once they pulled away in the third quarter from the Wizards who hung around longer than I expected. Then New Orleans absolutely ran Brooklyn out of the gym in the first half so I keep up my recent heater in the NBA. On to tomorrow as I try to keep it going in the association.

Boston Celtics 1H -6 -110 1.1u to win 1u
Chet Holmgren o15.5 points -135 1.35u to win 1u

First up tonight I'm going back to old reliable and taking Boston in the first half against the Bucks who will be without Giannis again tonight due to injury. I think the Bucks get off to a slow start against a Boston team that usually starts fast at home so I'm backing Boston to cover the first half number once again which is something they typically do at home.

Next up I'm playing a player prop again tonight and its in the Thunder/Jazz matchup. I'm backing Chet Holmgren to exceed 15.5 points tonight because he has a favorable matchup against the Jazz in this one. In two games against the Jazz he's had 15 and 22 points but I'm willing to bet that he takes advantage of this plus matchup and scores more than 15 tonight.

Boom another 2-0 night to make it 10 straight for me. Hopefully this continues because it's been a tough year in NBA and obviously I'm on a good run right now but nowhere close to even which may be the best I can hope for this season after digging such a big hole. On to tomorrow where most of my action will probably be tied up in college hoops but I will try to find at least one winner in the NBA to keep it going.

Houston Rockets -4 -110 1.1u to win 1u

Just one play today for me in the NBA and I'm once again backing the Houston Rockets to cover at home against the Bulls. Houston is hot and have been really dominant at home this year so it's hard to fade them right now even though they lost Alperen Sengun for the rest of the year. That hasn't seemed to matter as they've won six in a row and eight of the last nine games which is a testament to their coach Ime Udoka getting them ready to play and the rest of the team stepping up in Sengun's absence.
